Parking lot leaves ALOT to be desired . Not big enough place for the lines that form . No privacy cuz u have to call out your name and number so every in line can hear it .

The staff wears masks! So much better than CVS where they don't and client health is compromised.

I work for Fairview and this pharmacy is the absolute worst! Treated awful everytime. I would go to any other pharmacy around. The lead pharmacist Tammy is rude, unprofessional, uncaring and mean. If you have a chronic condition don't expect empathy because you will recieve zero!

I only write reviews if I feel passionately about either positively or negatively. I love giving good reviews because they make everyone feel better. My experience at M Health Fairview Pharmacy - Highland Park was not a good experience and it is not the first time but it is the first time I have decided to write a review. The young man who waited on me would not look at me when he spoke and made demands not requests as he directed me in the payment process. Finally I asked him if he was having a bad day. He said no. Then I asked if I'd done anything to upset him - he again said no. When he finally handed me my prescriptions he said nothing. So I said thank you, and I hope you treat the next customer better than you have treated me. His response was \" I was not rude to you\" Yes you definitely were I said. A disappointing experience!

This is my go to pharmacy. It is conveniently located, though parking can be dicey if you don't want to park in the ramp. The staff all know me and are very friendly. They are responsive to my needs and go out of their way to help me in whatever I need.

Staff here were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Not just to me but also people on the phone. If you would like to be treated with kindness and respect, don't use this place! I will never return to this pharmacy.

Dr. Lora Truckenbrod saw my son took X-rays did nothing then sent him to another Fairview medical center so they could treat him and bill us again. All for a dislocated finger. I wish I was with him. Do not go here.

My doctor here had a kind, caring heart and she does listen and explain... you can see they're doing the best they can.. but doctors here know how to use your past history to manipulate. Don't tell them any of it... I give three stars because the wait time isn't long and they are kind doctors but I just didn't approve of my high thyroid antibody level not getting taken seriously and being addressed. I know this is why I can't lose weight, but because I had an eating disorder IN THE PAST, they chose to blow it off with "not that significant". some things don't need to be to cause problems. I also have other funky thyroid levels and I studied anatomy and I know how the thyroid works. The TSH comes from your pituitary gland. It has nothing to do with how your thyroid works. T3 and T4 are thyroid hormones. It is a shame doctors seem to not have education in that department which is up to date. The conventional system is overall failing me, so I switched to an integrative physician. sad!!!! because I loved everything else about my physician. and the cheap parking. I still have to pay.

Fairview's Highland Park Pharmacy is definitely not the closest pharmacy to my house or work. But I have driven across the metro before just to come here, since the staff is so nice. Especially the pharmacist and staff who were there this afternoon--they are great. They remember my name and face and even what meds I'm taking. Always excellent service, and very patient and friendly on the phone as well. I wish I could give them six stars! (and seriously, who gets excited about a pharmacy???)
