I don't like their customer service because they act like they can't update my prescription for my catheters and the doctor did say that she faxed an order that's what got me so pissed off about it I'm thinking about going to another DME supplier screw this

They failed to give me Quotes for a lift-chair per CDCS requirement. The staff had no clue what I was talking about. Handi Medical not far from their location was able to process all my needs including requesting prescriptions plus sending notes to the care coordinator.

So it's common practice to take away someones oxygen concentrator, people often have those to stay saturated with O2 to uhh you know stay alive, avoiding death and such. It's amazing that they will bill insurance 300 a month for a mechanic that cost 600 new, it's almost like they are ripping off the insurance companies and customers. And even more amazing that I own my CPAP after 6 months, and those cost 1500 new all while this place charges your insurance 3600 a year for what cost only 600 new... I'd say this place should be taken to court by the state for ripping off insurance companies as well as customers in need. Congratulations on putting profits above people.

Customer service is HORRENDOUS. They have refused to send me the needed cushions for my cpap even though I am fully in compliance. I just asked the lady how I am supposed to remain in compliance if they won't send me the needed materials. Cushions are supposed to be replaced MONTHLY. I have only gotten 1 replacement in the last 3 months. I use my cpap for 8 hours on average EVERY SINGLE NIGHT and have had my compliance review with my sleep doctor, yet this "company" doesn't want to send the required equipment to stay in compliance. I called my sleep doctor and they've now sent the information on my compliance TWICE. I just was on hold with someone at Fairview medical and somehow got sent to a voice-mail. What are you people even doing!?! This is beyond ridiculous.

screwed up cpap supplies orders/shipments. tried to follow up with FHME multiple times and still no responses, even when promised they would take care and contact me..

Unbelievable service. I've been going to Fairview doctors and have had wonderful care. But the home medical portion needs help. They need retraining of staff. I have been trying to switch suppliers for my CPAP. Because of their new billing patrices. It's been 8 business days a they still haven't provided the new medical supply facility with what was asked for. And when they did send something it was the wrong year and not complete. I even spoke with the Supervisor that told me she'd take care of it. Only to find out today it was still incomplete. If they want to know why their rating is low, it's instances like this.

Not sure about all the other reviews but I actually had a great experience with my appointment here. Reception was very friendly! Damien helped me with getting set up with a CPAP and he was very kind and knowledgeable! I'm glad I came here, great experience overall.

Tragic. The customer service here is horrendous, whether in person or you being foolish enough to try and call them.When walking in, the front desk woman is rude and obviously does not like her job.High cost medical equipment isn't worth it trying to get it through them.

I suggest using another company. While they might be associated with Fairview, their computer systems are not connected.Fairview Home Medical Equipment upsold a year of supplies implying my insurance should cover it and then sent the bill to my previous policy.When I called back they advised it is my responsibility to check what my insurance company covers.Avoid this place. Check reviews and go with someone who actually cares about their clients.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My father was given a BiPap, not instructed on how to use it as the respiratory therapist was more concerned with relating stories of all the other customers she has helped than with actually helping. The machine was then recalled, he was advised and decided to stop using it because in his case the potential risk outweighed the benefit. Fairview failed to communicate to him that in that case the machine should be returned and instead, 8 months after the fact sent a bill for a machine that he wasn’t supposed to use. Customer service then placed all the blame on a cognitively impaired individual for the company’s lack of communication. Go to Corner Home Medical, they actually care about the person
