Nice gas station, but getting someone on the phone is a laugh. The phone kept on ringing and then I was put on hold for 25min

Difficult situation installing a device. Had to call out a technician from the company. In the end what should've been a couple hours turned into 4 days. Able to provide me with a loaner vehicle for the last 2 days. Very attentive to a problem with equipment. Would recommend
