This shop and the people that work here are amazing! Above and beyond customer service with a very welcoming vibe. Jon not only took the time to teach me how to change my tube, but he noticed the chain could use some oil and did the for me too! Thank you!

If I could give not 5 bit 10 starts I would. I think it’s the best customer experience I’ve seen in long time, so patient, so kind. Extremely impressed! We live in Mpls and I hate shopping. There are a few bike shops close to home but we went here first to get a new bike for my son because of the reviews. Not only did we get a new bike, we got friendly & informative customer service, peace of mind, and a bike shop we trust for future repairs and buys.
