Not directed solely at the clinic, which is good and I have been seeing the same doc for over a decade, the knock is on the mental behavioral clinic assigned referral "Nystrom & Associates". After discussing matter with doc, he seemed a little "jumpy" and fact N&A has been under a State Corrective Order since 2020 (to which N&A has not responded going on 4 weeks now), if practicioners here have not stricken the referral location, other patients should take note. I also found it a little weird this clinic didn't know or care to collect my office visit insurance copay today, so patients here may want to go over with Entira staff on their next visit.

Everyone at Entira are wonderful and supportive and empathetic. I really appreciate the staff including the care coordinator, medical assistants and the nurse practitioner Lynn Elrod you guys are amazing.

Lynn Elrod is an outstanding doctor and was very informative, but the receptionists definitely make this family clinic look horrible. We made our first visit today with our newborn, I walked up to the receptionist and there was no welcome, no hello or how can I help you. Both receptionist just stared at me. After providing information to them, an elder Caucasian man walked in and one of the receptionist said with joy, “Welcome, how can I help you today?”After seeing the doctor, we came back out to reschedule and both receptionist just stared at me again and one of them asks, “Need to come back?”I’m not sure if they are racist, not happy about their jobs or have no customer service experience. Even greeters at Walmart have way more friendly and professional attitudes.I highly recommend better training for these receptionists as there are plenty of bad reviews regarding the service at Entira, Shoreview.

DR Montero has been great staff as well .yes sometimes you have to wait due to pandemic and staff issues .i"ve used same doctor 15 yrs same clinics 25 yrs

Horrible, I’ve been sick since January and have a heart condition I finally went to ALLINA CLINIC the triage nurse advised me to go immediately to an ER WHEREAS ENTIRA RUNS SAME SENSELESS TESTS THEN SETS YOU UP WITH MILK OF MAGNESIA. I’ll keep you posted after I leave ER ALLINA SHOREVIEW CLINIC, going to Fairview Southdale. WORST CLINIC EVER. Wish I could give zero stars

If you're healthy, this clinic is just fine for you. If you're actually sick? Try a different clinic. I've been told nothing is wrong with me or I shouldn't be concerned, even though my labs and vitals have shown abnormal readings.It shouldn't matter if who I'm seeing is an NP or MD, but my primary is an NP. No idea how much experience she has. But I'm probably going to switch clinics here soon after, essentially, being told that nothing is wrong with me or they lack showing concern.

I have been going here since I was a little kid in the late 70s early 80s, and have always been welcomed with kindness and respect from all of the staff. Reception is always polite and accommodating, and scheduling is a breeze. The doctors and nurses have always been very attentive to my concerns and/or symptoms, and I never been dissatisfied with any of their diagnosis or recommendations. I couldn't be happier, really!

I met the most rude person I've ever met while living in MN at the reception desk today. Now I can understand why the overall rating is low.If I have 10 min to drive, I will go to another clinic.

Attempted to schedule a visit here - waited on hold for 15 minutes, then someone hung up. Waited on hold for 15 minutes (again, benefit of doubt)Finally someone answers, and I give my info like 4 times, and get an appointment for several weeks out (not ideal, may be facing staffing issues, alright)then get "transferred to billing so they can finish setting me up for my appointment" (what?) ...ANOTHER five minutes later, billing person answers "Hello?" and I'm like "It's me?" and they're like "Yes, what can we help you with?" (Has NO IDEA I just got transferred from their appointment setting person, none of my info, nothing)You know what? Forget it.
