As a neighbor of one of you clients, I gotta say YOU SUCK!!!!! stop calling the city on the ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD on the tiniest infractions or just plain making stuff up, just because your not selling a house. You want to know why it took 9 months to sell? Because JOE BIDEN SUCKS MORE THAN THE HOUSE!

Kevin helped take the stress of selling our home in Minnesota. Jennifer was a joy to work with as my real estate agent, designer, and project manager when I sold my 1891 Victorian-era condo which I had not updated in 20 years. She took on a project that was overwhelming and required close coordination of several contractors. She worked tirelessly to assure the condo was on the market in the time frame desired. She does not get ruffled even during adversity. She solves problems. The condo had a fresh new look and was meticulously clean and fresh. The unit sold in 24 hours at above asking price. I was absolutely thrilled with the result. I could not have managed the transition to downsize without her. I plan to call on her again to refresh my new condo.

Paige Kahle and Connie Coleman helped my wife and I find a home in a tough market. We were coming up from Georgia and time was limited. Paige and Connie worked as a team and were always readily available. We were looking for a reasonably priced home in the Mac-Groveland or Highland Park neighborhoods. Unfortunately, in the dead of winter, the pickings were slim, but Connie & Paige knew what we were looking for and coached us on costs, neighborhoods and expectations. They stretched took our "wish list", set our expectations and really helped us focus on our needs. Within a few days, we had a house to match our needs at a price we could afford. Jen from Birchwood Blue Homes helped me refresh the livingroom in my older home in late 2018. My furniture was totally worn out, having suffered the effects of years of being jumped and spilled on by my kids. But I never seemed to have the time or energy to replace it myself--I was paralyzed by the idea of wanting to change so much but not having any idea how to make it all work together. Jen put me at ease right away when she walked into my house. She has such a positive and thoughtful vibe...she is totally in tune with her clients' thoughts and feelings. She began by having me collect images of decor that I like--not specific pieces (that would have overwhelmed me) but images to give her a sense of what I wanted my new livingroom to be like. We then decided on a key piece-- a beautiful rug that she found on sale-- and built the rest of the decor from there. She has a great eye for style and is attentive to budget; she is excellent at presenting options of various costs and explaining what you get for each level of spending. She's so good that she transformed what was once a paralyzing situation into a fun experience! And the entire family loves our new livingroom. It is comfortable, practical, and beautiful at the same time! So totally worth it. During the time Jen was working with me, she happened to be remodeling and refreshing a home in my neighborhood, preparing it to sell. I stopped by to check it out. Amazing. She took a challenging and needy space and made it shine, move-in ready. I was super impressed with how fast she did such high quality work. That home sold quickly for a price that made her client very happy. Very rare is Jen's combination of attention to detail, huge people skills, strong financial sense, and style. I highly recommend her for selling, staging, organizing, or refreshing your home.
