My car died in a Cub parking lot on a Saturday afternoon and Shawn was there within a half hour. He checked the battery, got the car started, and followed me to the service garage to make sure I got there.

I had my vehicle towed by them last night. The service was quick and friendly, and I was looking forward to leaving them a 5 star review this morning. But, there is a problem. Instead of leaving our key in the night drop box of the shop we had it towed to, they instead hid the key inside the gas cap door and locked the car. The only way to open the gas cap door is from inside the locked car. I now have to spend $330+ on a replacement key fob for the car to get into it, and also have further delay on getting it fixed. Now I am leaving a one star review and feeling pretty bad about it. Edit: they sent a guy out to unlock the car and lo and behold the key was actually in the door to the charging port and they were able to retrieve it without breaking into the car...upping the review to three stars to reflect helping them fix the issue

Omg they so nice and they help me understand what is wrong with my car and they didn’t just lie to about oh we can fix it and is nothing else is wrong with it I forgot they guy name but he was so amazing and wonderful he make sure I did not put a lot of money in a car that do not need to be fixing or waste of money.. thanks y’all so much keep up the good work I be back soon

This wasn't the towing company I called, but they were the ones dispatched I guess. That is the first frustration, since the place I called is 5 star reviewed and also came with a personal recommendation. Secondly, it cost over $150 to go 4 miles. Unfortunately I didn't realize I have roadside assistance with my insurance, so I'm hoping they will at least reimburse part of it. I'll use them next time.

I told the exact address prior to price quote. Then when he got here he raised it even though I showed him on my phone what it was. Still charged me more than quoted even after proving it was not that many miles. Did not wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic and variants out endangerI got the customers lives. I would strongly advice not to use them!!! I would have used someone else I lost my job to covid and I could not afford more money.

I called them on a Sunday morning to get my car that had a flat tire towed from the busy interstate on a cold day. The service was fast and well done. If you have insurance coverage for towing, always call the provider directly and then get reimbursed. The service is quicker and the provider gets more money.

Had my harmonic balancer pully fall off in the middle of a snow storm, these guys worked me in on the same day and gor the job done for me (i am here on work and needed it fixed asap) great guys they did not even try to over charge me!! Would trust these guys for any work i needed.

173+ for basic tow out of the ditch. The owner hook up to the control arm and made it so my Car was not able to be drive anymore and had to pay to get it towed again 372+. The first guy (the owner) was so disrespectful and rude, had the audacity to say it was already like that. Charged 35 dollars to pay with a card(twice because they damaged the control arm and I had to get it flat bedded) . Now I have to deal with fixing my car as well. Please for your sanity use another company.

I called this company to tow my car, They charged me more then what we agree, the driver was a pushy person. In some point he told me to pay him what he wants or he will put my car on the police impound. Then I call the office to do the claim and they told me that they will give me some money back but they never did. So if you want to have a very bad day and if you want someone to steal your money, go for!
