So my Kenmore Elite front load Washing Machine stopped working and had an LE code on it after my son put to much clothes in it. The unit is about 7 or 8 years old.So i did some YouTubing, figured it was the Motor Rotor Position Sensor. I took apart my Washing Machine, (that was a first, but hey, I didn't want to shell out the money for a repair guy!) found the part. SO I tried Tony's Appliance first. They wanted $50! (I've never had a good experience at Tony's) So I walked into Warner's Stellian and asked them if they sold parts. The woman at the counter said no and handed me a small piece of paper and asked "Have you tried Dey's in Eagan?" Nope! So i called from the parking lot. He knew exactly what I needed, i drove up there and bought the part from the courteous and knowledgeable guy at the counter. Got home, fixed it! My wife was thrilled! Thanks Dey's! I'll be back for a motor for my dishwasher!

Dey Distributing absolutely delivered for us on Thanksgiving! The igniter on our 11 year old gas oven quit two days before the big meal. We thought we had "fixed" it a couple weeks ago, so we knew just enough to know what part we needed - the question was could we get it in time? My husband called ahead and they were confident they had the part. When he walked in the salesperson said, "that looks like an oven igniter" and immediately confirmed that it was shot and that they had a replacement part. Sure enough we were back in business! Yes, we could have gotten the part for 1/2 the price on Amazon. No, we would have had zero confidence it would have worked, nor would it have arrived on time.

Was told to try this place when I was looking for parts to my GE dishwasher. They are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I could of ordered parts on line and waited 3-6 days. But my dishwasher was up and running in hours. They had parts for every appliance.

Very off-putting customer service. Rude and horrible to deal with. Plenty of other places in town that can assist with your needs without the attitude. Would not recommend to even my neighbor that I hate.

I had a great experience at this store today. John was very knowledgeable and friendly, he suggested several parts that may fix the problem with my refrigerator, and gave some helpful guidance on how to install them. I will definitely be back! Also, the prices were better than several online options.

HVAC repair company diagnosed a bad compressor. A little bit of Google sleuthing and I found the capacitor going bad can cause the same problem, which they did not test. Dey Distributing tested the capacitor and had a replacement in stock for a great price.

The experience I had was phenomenal! I had called in the previous day and spoke with a man by the name of Bill. He was able to help me with my problem and help me fix it. my furnace went out and he was able to figure out that it was the blower wheel that went out! Thanks a lot to the people over there doing their best, and especially Bill!

This Dey Snelling location gave worse advise. Bought part at their recommendation for furnace. Furnace didn't work after installation. Went to Dey in Vadnais Height and expressed same issue about the part. Dey in Vadnais said the Snelling location gave wrong part. Tried returning the part at Snelling location, custom service guy had a fit about returned part and almost didn't issue the return. Terrible customer service.

I bought a part as replacement to another part to see if it was my connection on the refrigerator or an issue with the part. Plugged it in and it didn’t work so I was assuming that it’s something on the refrigerator. While I understand their policy on returns, it’s completely ridiculous that you wouldn’t return it after just plugging it in for seconds. Clay at your store in Eagan was terrie to deal with. In this day and age where I can get anything online with out the interactions with someone like this, I’ll take online. The only reason I went to your store is because I could get the part today and rule something out, with the intent of keeping it if it did. 100% will never set foot in your store again. Good luck.
