Amazing place to get in shape, share stories and have fun. Good for all ages. My 87 year old Mum started the online Senior Pilates and strength. She now stands straight and has lost her limp. What a transformation. And she loves the classes. Thanks Molly!

I love Defining You! They are a small gym that works with you to identify your needs. The gym is located in a very cool space with easy parking. The teachers are professional and know the content they're teaching. I highly recommend it!

This is the most AMAZING place! All the instructors are phenomenal and they know so much about the body. They don't just rush through the exercises either...they pay attention to the small details to help give you just the right workout for your needs. What I love most, however, is the friendly, fun environment and community that you become a part of. The teachers try to make it fun, and they even remember your birthday with bath salts and chocolate. Thanks Defining You for changing my life!

Katy is a great leader. She emails the workout ahead of time so we can prepare and follow along easier in the Zoom, customizes playlists and does a good job of welcoming and coaching us all, even via Zoom. She is great !

The trainers and instructors work with you to adjust what you are doing and you make friends so that an exercise class is not so impersonal.
