Selling a home is a long and challenging process, but we have experienced the very best service. Deanna is professional and very knowledgeable about the housing market in the Saint Paul area. She has excellent ideas about improving the house and suggested changes and repairs that fit our pocket and made our house stand out. We love the most that Deanna lets us decide what is best for our home. Deanna was always there for us, never made us feel uncomfortable, and explained the whole selling process from start to finish. Even at odd hours, she answered the phone, listened to our doubts about the sale, and encouraged us to make our home look just perfect. Deanna went above and beyond for us to make sure that we got the house that we wanted. She gave us very organized days of home hunting and listened carefully to our hopes for a house. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process and guided us through all of the steps, which we really appreciated as first time buyers.
