Very efficient employee at the Fairview location. Only one I have ever has there was not helpful. Most of the time they are well stocked.

This is in my neighborhood so I go there on a regular basis.. I am always treated very, if I have a question about where to find an item they always know where it is. They're pretty good at answering their phone. I've never seen this store not fully stocked & very clean.

I was just on the phone waiting for 45 mins for someone in the pharmacy to answer. No one ended up answering. At minute 40 I called another CVS who answered right away. Also, the day before when I was in they had me wait 30 mins before telling me the prescription I just requested was on backorder and they were ignoring the phone. I could hear the phone saying "pharmacy call". There were 6 people working in the pharmacy and all ignored the phone.

Don’t even bother trying to call them, they take forever to answer. Last time I waited over 40 minutes and just hung up. I don’t blame the staff, I blame CVS corporate for not hiring enough people!Also, 3 times in the last few months they did not have a med that my Dr. wrote a prescription for and they couldn’t even tell me when they would get it!This pharmacy is pretty bad! Go somewhere else if possible.

Extremely rude young male cashier with glasses will tell you to use the self checkout so that he doesn't have to do his job, then if you have any problems checking out, he'll treat you like an idiot and loudly and condescendingly explain something you had no way of knowing. Abysmal.

At minute 90 of waiting to speak with a pharmacist I hung up. I think they are trying to push people to the app. It was legitimately faster to walk there, wait in line, and talk to them in person than calling.

This location used to be amazingly convenient and competent. No longer...if you want to find pharmacy employees who are the worst at their job, look no further! Don't believe them when you get a call that your prescription is done, it's not. If you've got two, good luck; they'll forget to fill the second one. Good luck if you are using a discount card, they don't know how to enter it and will attempt to tell you that you have to pay them full price. Don't believe them when they tell you that your prescription isn't covered by your insurance; it is, they just entered something wrong into their "computer"; and then condescendingly will make you wait when you question why. Don't get a vaccine here, they will hit the bone in your arm when they jab you. Shame on us because we've given them many chances, and they continue to surprise us when they do something even dumber than the time before...

Absolutely wild someone can get prescribed a new therapy and the best answer on when a thing can come in is "I dunno." I've put up with getting deadnamed/being called sir enough with this place as well. I've had a tech misinform me purposefully about medications available on my profile because it was HRT. This is absolutely an awful pharmacy.

Every time I get a Rx, I get notification it is ready, but it is never actually os when I go to pick it up. Better leave yourself at least a half hour when you come for a Rx because apparently they do not fill the Rx until you show up.

Pharmacist told someone with Health Partners that "HP doesn't cover 90% of prescriptions" which is a flat out lie as someone with HP who goes to a different CVS.Pharmacist also tried to gaslight us by saying he had called our name five times when we were standing right there in front of him for a good 10 minutes.

I can't believe they have just gone downhill; they never have the requested Rx available, and you can never talk to a pharmacist directly. To speak with anyone is usually 25 to 40 minutes; often, after waiting, they will pick up the phone and hang up. I have also been rudely treated and have been hung up on. Don't waste your time with this location.

Don’t bother calling this place. Will not answer the phone no matter what. Pharmacies in America are desolate, debased institutions.

If you like getting a notification that your Rx is ready for pickup, only to arrive and wait 40 mins for it to be filled, then this is the place for you! Clearly understaffed.

The store is always nice, as an introvert, I’m happy it’s not crowded and the teamwork of each cvs workers and inspiring. Their always welcome when I come by!
