I don’t mind the staff at all- there was one who I’ve rarely seen and she started off with a fairly cold attitude but I find you just hold space for anyone working customer service to feel annoyed and they end up relaxing around you and being kind. Dealing with people all day when you’re not 100% sucks and if you’ve worked customer service you know that it’s not personal and you don’t need to make it worse by being entitled to them treating you like gold. Let people be people or order your drugs online and get them delivered.My only “irritation” lately is that I’ve been calling into my psychiatrist bc they have to individually send refills for a medication each month, by the time I call CVS it’s been sitting in there for a few days and it never got filled so I have to at times even wait another day. Some staff don’t know where to look to even see a new request was put in. I haven’t had my meds for three days because new staff insisted there was no script in there but of course- request was put in for over six days.

Last two times all new staff in the pharmacy and each one was more rude and unhelpful as the next. Will be considering switching to a different pharmacy if something does not change soon…

Went in because I was having a sore throat and a ear ache. The nurse practioner didn't even get out of her chair to check me over. She had her student do everything. This was a waste of time, and a complete lack of concern for a black woman's health! Do better!

Thank God for the young woman with the beautiful blue hair, and for competent speed-demon Marla! There are other great managers there, but those two really stand out -- their helpfulness, and concern, make them stand-outs.

Bad customer service. Would not provide me with my medication even though I was waiting in line and crying in pain. I arrived 15 mins prior to closing. One lady was nice and wanted to help the other women was rude and wouldn’t even make eye contact.

Katerina & Brett at the pharmacy are great. They always say hi to me by name whether I am picking up a script or just walking by. The employees at the front are really nice as well.

You will wait over a day for your scripts if you don't go in and ask for them at that moment. The pharmacy has also made billing errors that forced me to directly approach my insurance company for reimbursement. I do not recommend picking up your drugs at this branch.

Highly annoyed that I had to lug my two kids to another store to get my medication. I checked online to see if they were in stock before coming and it said in stock. Yet the pharmacist told me they were out of stock. She did not offer me any off brand alternatives. She was snarky and unwilling to help when I asked which location the medication would be in stock at. As I walked out the door I saw it was clearly in stock behind the counter. She is making determinations on peoples medical conditions and gatekeeping medication. Ridiculous.

These two incompetent employees should not be allowed to work in a pharmacy. My child and I arrived for a booster shot appointment. The sea hag here seemed completely clueless that they had appointments for boosters scheduled. After waiting for 20 minutes, and past the appointment time, turkey neck was uninformed about the guidelines to qualify for the booster. He then spent 10 minutes in his phone looking for said guidelines. Ultimately, these idiots did not administer the booster, canceled the appointment, but still made an entry on the paper vaccination card as if the booster had been given. Contacting CVS corporate went nowhere. The people manning the CVS phones are as uninformed as these two pharmacy rubes. Since CVS was no help, I have lodged a complaint with the state. 325E.60 RESTROOM ACCESS(1) the customer requesting the use of the employee restroom facility suffers from an eligible medical condition....Had a flare up, asked to use employee bathroom was told no. Spoke to manger told them I had medical condition, still said no.Zero care for customers.
