Online delivery service doesn't work. They are open only very limited hours and close for a meal during the middle of it. It would make more sense to hire another person to cover other people's meal breaks instead of closing the whole pharmacy.

This pharmacy staff is amazing. They know their regulars by name, they go above and beyond for their customers. Don't get me wrong, they get busy, sometimes I have to wait, sometimes they have to order meds in. They are human and do their dangdest. But a little human compassion and understanding works. SOME things are out of their control. I know I can't do their job, so I let them do it with the proficiency they have! I adore all of them, and I've been going here for 30 years.

Very efficient pharmacist. Got our shots despite the CVS app loosing One of the appointments. Shots given in a storage room. Check in is in the same line as turning in a prescription so chatty old men who want to visit hold up the 6 person line. Not the stores fault... but irritating none the less.

The prescription I take is a regimented daily medication. The pharmacy insisted that I needed an authorization from my doctor. They refused to refill my prescription and I ran out for several days. After contacting the insurance company on Monday I came to find out there was no authorization ever required for this medication and that they had filled a partial for the month and if they had only just filled the remainder of the prescription it would have went through. The pharmacist insisted it was the clinics fault, never owning up to the mistake. No empathy, I would consider a different pharmacy.

Give these people a break! They don't purposely jeep customers waiting. They process alot of prescriptions and are very polite and up beat. I have heard them address customers by name . Keep up the good work CVS

I have been using this pharmacy for 30 plus years. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this pharmacy to others.

18 days and I'm still waiting on insurance authorization. No one at CVS is following up with what is going on. CVS instead of working on this is filling another related item I don't need.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. The employees are helpful and go above and beyond every time to get things right. I've had some difficult issues to untangle and they helped me with ease and a good attitude every time. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Horrible customer service. I was looking for a common item in the pharmacy area and the shelf was barren where the item should've been. Went to the pharmacy counter to ask about it and tech responded with "if it's not there, go find a Target team member to help you find it." No effort at customer service at all, not even an offer to call a team member to help me find the item. I went to Walgreens instead.

DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT use this pharmacy. If I could give them a lower rating I would. The Sate of MN just switched insurance providers, and have went with CVS Caremark. My wife has a rare liver disease. Everyone's body naturally produces, copper, and is filtered out thru the liver. With her disease if she doesn't take her medications, the liver can't filter out the copper that her body produces and it begins to build up in the liver, and finally causes the liver to shut down. My wife placed her first prescription for her medication over a week ago. First they came back, and said we'll have it by Monday, then on Monday their excuse was we can't get a hold of the distributor, DA!!! I called on distributors for 15 of my 30 years in sales, never once had a problem contacting any distributor. Then today they called, and said the distributor wouldn't have them available until May 23rd. What happened to the "We'll have them on Monday" like they originally said. That would be approximately 3 weeks from when she fist order them. Now my wife has become scared, because this is now becoming a life threatening situation. She decided to check with Walgreen's by where she works, and they, Thank God, had a 2 month supply in stock, and would get the 3 month by tomorrow. The total difference between MEN WITH MUSIC, and boys with noise(CVS) THEY SUCK!!

My husband recently picked up a prescription for me. I expected it to be for 30 days, since my doctor and I are still reviewing whether it is the best medication. My doctor wrote a new prescription for 90 days. His office did not inform me. Neither did CVS pharmacy, which is very aggressive in filling prescriptions, sometimes trying to refill old prescriptions the customers is no longer using. My husband brought home the 90 days prescription, still unopened of course. I called CVS, but they refused to replace it with a 30 day prescription. CVS always calls, to let the customer know a prescription is ready. But they didn't tell me they had changed it to 90 days. I have decided, in consequence, that I no longer wish to do business with CVS. Adios. I'll find a pharmacy that is up front with what it is doing.
