Nice, cozy pharmacy that always tries to accommodate me, even with odder requests like asking for a different generic brand from the one they'd given me recently.
Some of the complaints about the pharmacists who work here make no sense to me, like a complaint from three weeks ago about Mr. Chak, literally the nicest, most friendly guy there is. The complaints about the female pharmacist, Robin, are also overblown -- she's not some bubbly outgoing person, and she is very direct, but she's hardly rude. Sometimes she'll see me and even say hi. These are not rude, mean people who work here.
Given this is a pharmacy, I suspect some of these negative interactions people complain about were because they refuse to accept that there's laws and limits on how frequently you can get your addictive, controlled substances refilled. Personally, when I get that call that it's too early for mine, I just say "okay, thank you" and wait it out because I know they can't do anything about it. Maybe if everyone did that, they would never get into a situation where they think the pharmacists are being rude.

I had the honor of speaking to the most rude female pharmacist today. The Pharmacist was also very rude to the RN at my pain clinic. How can this woman be allowed to speak to customers & medical staff????

Cub Pharmacy has been amazing for me. Great customer service, knowledgeable in medicine, and they even know by name. Now, I've had a couple not so good things when I 1st started going here 15+ years ago but they have been good to me ever since. I won't go anywhere else. Walgreens? Not good. CVS horrible. Target? They were alright. Didn't leave an impact on me. Cub is where it's at.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the way they notify us by texting when our prescriptions are ready to pick up. Very efficient services.

I don't have too many complaints about the store in general, but I have to write a review on a rotisserie chicken I had the bad fortune to buy today. After searching through chickens with time stamps from 8:30 AM (this was about 4:00, I finally found a label unlike the others, that seemed to indicate a 12:20 cook or sell-by time. Well, it was "Buyer Beware" all the way. It was absolutely awful! Dry as dust, and pretty much inedible. What's so maddening is that i'm home...and I don't feel much like driving 20 minutes back to the store for a refund, so I ate it until I started worrying about getting sick. C'mon, Cub Deli...have more pride in your product to put out chickens that are at the absolute limit of terrible. Is that all you care about your customers? or is it incompetence? Can't decide. I just hope I don't get food poisoning. YUCK!!!

Probably my worst experience here with this cashier today--she not only was rude, and literally throwing my items, but copped attitude with me about bagging my groceries while she was ringing them in. No one was in line behind me and the minute she finished ringing, demanding I get to the credit card machine. Took me less than 30 seconds to get to it. I understand if there were a ton of people waiting in line. Not one person. Happy New Years, Cub! I will probably never return to this store. Looks like it's Lunds from now on.

Very bad customer service!!!! Specially the lady name Robin she has 0 customer service skills. I interacted with her on 2 different occasions and she was RUDE.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the few problems I've encountered they explained what the issue was and how to remedy it.

Staff are all extremely courteous and helpful. The pharmacy is a bit outdated and sometimes runs into logistical issues but I'm happy to overlook that because the staff more than make up for it.

This place is outdated & problems with my insurance covering medication. Genoa was able to not only get my medications covered, but also deliver my medications to me within a couple hours. 0 STARS!!! Never using this place again!

Couldn't purchase pen needle for insulin flex-pens, told they were prescription only - but was totally able to purchase syringes. Totally untrue and unhelpful. Had to go to a real pharmacy to get them, though they did give me a sample package for free so that got them one star, else it would be a zero if I could.

Constantly have to recall to tripped check if my medication is I'm even though I call a day before to Male sure it's in. The staff doesnt even know how to pronounce my prescription I constantly have to spell it to them over the phone just overall terrible when you need medication on a regular basis and call at least two weeks ahead to make sure its ordered then to waste time and gas to drive only to be told that they meant to call and say it wasn't ready or that they don't have it in stock
