Too much trouble to stay with Cub. I have quite a few meds going through. I feel like it should be easier, whether delivery or not. It is costing too much and I don't think I should have to ask for the best price every time I get meds. Going to try Capsule... It's gotta be better, right?

Nothing close to intelligent or proactive. I have to call every time a new RX comes in that needs to be filled. If I don’t call, they don’t fill. If I don’t call they don’t call the DR. If I don’t call they won’t do anything. Never going back after this last RX. They need to work on service and efficiency

grossest bathroom I've ever seen. bloody pad on the ground, poop, pee everywhere. it's not even clean when the store opens. its absolutely disgusting.

Poor customer service. Called to ask simple question regarding money-gram and was told to check Money-gram web site and hang up. Staff at customer service needs training and be respectful. Disappointed...

Cub - St. Paul Phalen does an outstanding job of helping and working with their customers and I would like to commend them on that. Recently, I ordered on-line groceries for my elderly 89 year old mother to be delivered. Cub's Customer Service manager, Ann, gave me a personal call to let me know that they would take special care to make sure that she got her groceries delivery so that I didn't have to go out in 20 degree snowy weather to pick them up. This store continues to service the community with excellent customer service, kindness and helpfulness. Every time I am in this Cub store, I see this 'customer first' attitude in every employee that I have encountered. I would like to recognize them as employees that go beyond what is expected. Tina O.
