She ruined my sister's quince!!!! We had went to her shop in February and found my sister's dream dress, she told us at the maximum it would take 3 months, then after three months we called back because no one from the store had called us, they tell us that our dress was there, but when we go to pick it up, it was the wrong dress. We panicked, but some woman told us that it was a mix up and our dress was still on the way. When this happend Cristy gave us a very side ways look like we didn't belong in her store, which I found very disrespectful. Then they tell us two weeks, then we call again, they say something went wrong with the fabric, and show us some dress that is the COMPLETELY WRONG COLOR! Finally we tell her that our party is July 18th and we have photos planed for the 17th of June, she says that she can get it to us. She does not call us back and tell us about the dress. We had to call her and she made another excuse, so we decided to take our deposit back and go elsewhere. Come to find out, the dress she was going to sell us would have been a knock off of the actual dress, an Ariana Vera, and that she was no longer authorized to sell their dresses because she would buy originals and make copies and fakes, and lone out original dresses for other shops to make fakes too, and that there was a whole investigation made by the company to verify this, all her dresses are fake and made in China or of poor quality. It's that fact that she lead us on for MONTHS, telling us that she would a have high quality, and certified dress, only for us to find out from someone else, that she isn't even allowed to sell Ariana Vera Brand dresses, then we find where we can buy the real dress through a shop, and we are told that they do not have my sister's size dress at the moment, now we have have to find a replacement. MY SISTER IS DEVASTATED AND BAWLING IN HER ROOM! She was so excited for her dress and now she can't have it because THIS LIEING DEMON OF A WOMAN TRIED TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF SOME HOPEFULL FAMILY, MY FAMILY IS HEART BROKEN FOR MY SISTER, the dress that she chose was her first pick and she was happy that she didn't have to look for months like so many other girls, and now her special day is gone and shattered, many of the aspects of the quince were based off of the dress that she'd chosen and now they will be off or out of place because we had to pick a different one, she's dreamed of this day for years, and now it's absolutely destroyed. DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT A REAL DRESS.

Horrible experience. When we walked in she did not welcome us. That should have been our first sign to leave but my daughter really wanted to try on Quinceanera dresses. Christy told her she was only allowed to try 3 on. Just 3?! That’s crazy.
My daughter finally got to try the dress on of her dreams but when we tried it on the dress looked nothing like her photos. It was cheap and made out of cheap material. We decided to leave Christy’s and thankfully we did, because she ended up finding her dream dress at a different shop and the dress was the actual dress in the photos. If you want a rude experience go to Christy’s.

Sorry for the late 5 star rating. My extremely petite daughter was having a challenging time finding a dress for her senior prom. I believe it was the owner, pulled 3 dresses that would potentially fit. Knowing that because of her size, there are always limitations to what is available. The 3d dress was perfect. Alterations done in the shop, the dress was under $400, and though the amount of dresses is overwhelming, staff seem to know EXACTLY where everything is at.Thank you for helping her look and feel amazing.
