Adrian was unbelievably helpful in getting us transferred to our new Cricket account. Adrian took the time to be sure our phone apps were working properly before stepping out the door. Very pleased and would recommend highly getting Cricket at this location.

Staff was very patient and nice to talk to. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because we bought the Cell Helmet liquid screen protector. Staff showed us a video of how it worked and it seemed like it could withstand a lot given the video showing people smashing phones with a hammer. Not even a couple days go by and my mom drops her phone on the ground and it shattered. Definitely DON'T recommend buying this product, I should have read reviews before buying because a LOT of people don't like it.

Don't buy accessories at a Cricket store: ie chargers etc. The packaging is not secure and I've bought two chargers that were either replaced with old ones or were defunct to start with. One lasted approximately 10 days and stopped working and they will not refund or replace. The packaging isn't secure. Buy accessories at Target. They're securely packaged under lock and key and actually a little cheaper. I'll never but another charger at any Cricket store. You've been warned. Then they'll send you a "generic template", response as you can see. ? They never fix a problem.
