Always love going to this store always have the best customer service. Any time I've been in the store your always greeted with exllence customer service very friendly and always leave with positive results. I've worked with CeCi a couple of times and she's always so helpful full of good energy and always very pleasant with her customer's. Keep up the awesome work.

Each one has different people running it,
so they have different situations.

Shopping around for a new phone plan, I happened in to this Cricket location and my experience from start to finish was exceptional thanks to a very helpful staff member named Chris whose services I greatly appreciated after what *I experienced at the two prior competitor stores I had visited.
As a previous guest service manager I tend to do business with companies whose customer service representatives provide a service that is not only what is required of them, by doing what matters most to customers assistance from someone who has- knowledgeable strong communication skills who shows pride in their work because nothing reflects on a company as much as first impressions made by their frontline employees.
I like to give kudos where they are deserved. This Cricket location is doing a great job by hiring employees like Chris.
**I respect and thank everyone working the frontline during this pandemic. Seriously, thank you!

Absolutely great customer service! The young man, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful to work with! Helped me be more informed on technology and it's ability to help me! Very happy with this store will return! Clean and well kept, both the store and staff!
