The moment I walked through the door, I got hit with the sensation that I was making a good choice. The staff was very Humorous and friendly, Mr. Mark Landy was the Goat. I wanted to open up a checking account with Coulee Bank. He made everything go so smoothly. Very easy to talk to. Handsome face, what more could you ask for. I am very grateful for the help he provided me today. Thank you for everything!

Mark Landy was helping my wife and I with putting me on her account and getting us set up with the app. He is very patient and kind. Debby was also so helpful and sweet. She was helping another client and that client was very pleased with her transaction. They should get a raise for how professional they are or at least get a lot of recognition.

Poor customer service. I was originally with bnc Bank and it got bought out by Coulee. I thought I closed my account over the phone and couldn't go in to a branch cause they closed my local branch and closest one is now a few hours away. They had my wrong address and ended up sending my account to collection for $20 that got multiple overdraft fees I never knew about.

What a great experience walking in to Coulee Bank Rochester. Eric Gatz is the kind of banker that I want to do business with. He introduced me to Suzie the teller and made me feel like family, and I only went in for a lollipop and left with an account. my kind of bank.

I came in a total stranger to this bank needing some help changing out some coin after a particularly difficult day. The staff was so incredibly helpful I was moved to tears. Totally unexpected kindness that I desperately needed on that day.

Every time I need to deal with Coulee Bank I die a little bit inside. The entirety of their web banking services is probably worse than medieval torture. I'd rather be drawn and quartered than have to actually achieve anything with my account online. Changing your online password is frequently met with timeout errors even though I've only been on the page a few moments. Sometimes I get other random errors. Many times their page is down for maintenance. Way more than any other place I've seen. Perhaps the worst pain they inflict upon you is if you have a problem with your account outside of regular bankers' hours. You call the number on the back of your card, and those people are HORRIBLE. No, they cannot reset your pin after hours. No they can't unlock your frozen account after hours. Really, their whole job seems to be answering the phone and saying no, we can't help you until regular business hours. MADDENING. Here's probably Coulee Bank's lowest blow. They charge you to change your pin number on your checking account. This is a security issue. You should not have to pay them $5 each time you want to keep your checking account safe. Even after complaining about it, they were grumpy about waiving that $5 fee. It is a much better experience in person, but honestly, I've found no amount of redeeming qualities that make me want to continue banking here. The only reason I haven't left them yet is because I have this weird loyalty to them as they're from my home town favor. Do yourself a favor, seek out another credit union or bank. This is nothing but a hassle.

The team at Coulee is awsomely nice and helpful. You get big bank resources with small bank friendliness and helpfulness. They have gone the extra mile for me several times, doing things that a big bank call center would never do.
