With Covid considerations and risks, I have continued to do virtual classes, only. I am so grateful to have this option! The instructors are so knowledgeable and pleasant and it's fun to see many of the same people register for the classes I enjoy. CORE has kept me moving!

This is the most thoughtful, conscientious Pilates house I know. I myself have a deep background in Pilates instruction, and as a client, I so respect the work the Core Pilates team provides. I have been a regular customer (weekly) for about a year. My back is stronger and I no longer have episodes of ‘throwing it out’. I am an endurance athlete and the core strength I’ve gained and better understanding of the links between my hip tightness, core strength and back issues has been invaluable.
