Functional. It's good for drinks and snacks, as well as supplies. Digital catalogue is robust, and I appreciate the rental options. Less astronomical.

If you're buying e-Text from the university, there is a good chance that the book access code is already redeemed. The markup price for the books at this bookstore are higher than the official price on the website that you might be using it for: Pearson is a good example. The price for many books on Pearson+ is about $10 USD, meanwhile the bookstore is usually around 3x the original price. Not only do the books cost more, but there is a chance that the book is already redeemed. I've bought all of my e-Text here for the past 2 terms and I've already had to re-buy books without getting my money back.

I went on campus to return some rental books. It was my first time since I'm an online grad student. I couldn't find the bookstore at first, but one of the coaches showed me the way. The bookstore staff was friendly and my books were easy to return.

The BN College takeover has this place a joke. Back orders, yet terrible notifications. And once back orders get filled, you get charged full price. Unless you catch it and complain. I wonder how many students, parents and alumni have been over charged by this joke of shop.

Absolutely horrible bookstore policies. I would not rent here if it was possible to get some of my required textbooks other places. If I can rent from Amazon or buy the book cheaper I do. The CSP bookstore has screwed me over multiple times by charging my account for replacement books before they have arrived by UPS transit. What is the point of allowing books to be post marked before the due date if students are then charged for transportation out of their control? Sometimes the rental period is the same day as finals week so you have to either finish your work early or risk sending your book back the day before the due date and still get charged. Every time this has happened to me it has been resolved and I've been refunded but it takes weeks and a lot of hassle between the bookstore manager Chad and UPS. Do not rent here if you can avoid it.

Why would you shop here with many cheaper options out there for textbooks?
