I'm thankful I found this repair shop. They're family owned and upfront and honest with their estimates and what repairs needed to be made. I've been there multiple times now. I'm getting ready to move out of the area. I would've continued to take my vehicles to Charly's if I didn't have to move away. I highly recommend them. This is an honest review. I had no information with Charly's Repair Shop prior to my first visit and repair. Great shop and family!

Bad customer service super rude did not acknowledge what was wrong with my car when asked to speak with a manger they were rude definitely don’t recommend going here at all ! Pay $600 and to fix my car because it won’t start and for them to tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong with my car!!! And my car only work for two days now I won’t start again and it’s just sitting there parking. They also lie when they tell you they don’t charge you for a tow if you fix it with them my car start work stopped working “Two Days After they fix it and since they don’t know what’s wrong with my car, they don’t wanna deal with it but yeah, they did took my money. don’t ever go to the shop again they don’t know what they’re doing. Also this hole time they were arguing with me an tell me the the change the alternator even the owner kept telling me that they changed the alternator when I clearly say that star I had to even show them That boy gave me where he says they worked on my starter not the alternator As they were arguing with me.

Went to pay and writing a check. He watched me write a check and hand it to him. He then informs me they don't take checks. This policy is not posted anywhere! They have parking and credit card policies but nothing about no checks. Normally I would put it on a credit card but had to cancel due to theft.Never again. All because they can't post their policies.

Charlie's auto-repair in my opinion is top-notch, they're honest, straight forward and they work hard. I've seen them working past 8pm on the weekend. They keep you updated on your vehicle and they Suggest what if anything you should do. And they do not have all these "hidden charges. When other shops quoted me $1200 for my blower motor they charged me $600!! I was speechless and that's not a easy task!
