I never leave reviews ever, but this place is horrible. Especially the customer service! VERY Rude employees, entitled , and so much more. This is a great place if you want cheap clothing but you will be treated like trash, up to you. Would give a zero if I could

Customer service really bad and one of the lady was really rude they say I can’t refund my shirt back which I bought it 5 min ago Customer service was really bad I do not recommend this save your money go shop somewhere else! The manager was rude and she should be fire! Please get a new manger! I try asking for different manger but she say she the only manger in the store also the other worker was scare of the manger are they were friend and she didn’t want to help me either! Find another manger!!!!

I was in the store in the Maplewood mall with my daughters whom love to shop there today 5/11. I was approached by security and asked to leave. When I asked why, the security guard said that I put something in my purse (even tho I had like 4 items in my hand) I asked him if he wanted to look in my purse. He said no but he was told to come over here. I asked again if he wanted to look inside my house. He replied yes. And I allowed him to search. He apologized and stated that the cashier told him to come over. Then the cashier tells the security guard that she told him to just walk around the store. You could tell the security guard was genuinely stating that he was told to come over. I was extremely embarrassed and upset. As I am a black professional and me and my daughters love to shop at that store. I definitely will not be back and unfortunately my daughers will have to find a new place to shop because I refuse to spend thousands of my hard earned dollars a year with a company that doesn't appreciate my business nor my blackness!

Wed 5/1/24 I came in when Chelly came up to me and greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything particular I was looking for and helped me find some amazing pieces an gave me a great laugh while I was there I will definitely be back there real soon

The return policy just seems ridiculously unfair. Since their location still shows at Roseville Mall which it's closed I make it to Maplewood Mall to do a return of a obviously brand new never worn tags on and the receipt, and I can't return it because its 2 days past 14 days. So I'm stuck with something that is worthless to me. Thanks for the customer service.

They have terrible service, a manager who discriminates against people and is racist, I have already sent her an email to file my complaint, I have already tried to call customer service several times and they do not answer me, I want an answer why what they did to me in their store it's not fair.

Go early. They close at 8:00 (as does most of the mall) at 7:15 I was told I wasn't allowed to use the fitting room or walk around the store because she was mopping. If you're planning on attempting to exchange or return something... Good luck. They were insulting and we'll never go back.

I went to the store the new manager there was amazing she even recommended me with a pair of their jeans she talk me into getting them I got them and they fit really good. She was really sweet I came back because of her good customer service. I came back and she wasn’t working this time but the store manager Elaine and the store assistant was also nice and helpful. Love the deals and the employees great job ladies keep up the good customer service.

Friday night Maplewood Mall.I have my niece and a pile of clothes for her to try on. There's a sign that says the dressing rooms are closed. I go to the front counter where three people are standing behind the counter and say that we would like to try these clothes on. The smallest worker turns around and says they're closed. I said so no one can try on any clothes in this clothing store? Now she saysI said they're closed! I said as I placed the clothes on the register desk, then you can put all of these back. Owner If you are trying to drive away customers you should just put up a sign that says go away we are trying to go bankrupt, that way you won't waste people's time going in picking out all the clothes only to be told you can't try any on.
