Ignition was jammed and couldn’t get key in to turn the ignition so my car was a sitting duck after some car jackers try to steal it. Cody was able to tow my truck from my work to my driveway and did an exceptionally great job with the car not being able to be in neutral. Highly recommended!

Cody was fast and courteous. He towed my vehicle to a repair appointment. While loading the car, Cody found a screw lodged in my tire and informed the shop about it. He really went the extra mile to make the experience a lot easier.

Called to move a dead vehicle from the shop to the dealer and Cody had it picked up and dropped off less than 45 minutes later. Texted me a picture of the car at the drop off location and everything. Also gave me the full price up front with no extra fees. Had used a different tow company when the car initially died, but I’ve got Certified in my contacts now for the inevitable future breakdowns while I try to have an engine replaced.

Cody was effective and professional. We needed a dead car pulled from our garage. He was able to come over quickly, and handled the tow promptly but carefully. Price was very fair. Great service.

i’m from out of state and my car started overheating and had a leak. i called multiple places to tow my car and no one picked up except for certified towing authority right away. he took a look under my hood and towed it to the closest repair shop near my hotel. i really appreciated them helping and getting it where it needed to go. i really recommend
