Other companies said they would only install new carpet if I bought from them. Schneider came by, assessed my situation and gave me a list of options. They came out ready to install, helped me realize part of my basement was still wet and came back another day, never making me feel like a burden. During a stressful week, they were professional, helpful, and kind. We are very satisfied with the experience and the install job.”
