“We’ve rented from this location regularly for years and the two customer service reps have been exceptional. They are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. The cars are clean and in good condition. They call us if we are running late to make sure we get a car because the company allows for overbooking sometimes, which the local reps can’t do anything about other than look out for their own local customers. We will continue to use this location for its exceptional employees and highly recommend renting from here.”

“It was how it should've we walked up to counter after waiting a few mins another customer. They had two people at the counter one tied up with an issue and other going through clients. Crossed the street and got the car. The only issue was the gate at the gate took three minutes to appear. Very wierd”

“I had a great experience here thanks to a specific employee named Sarah. I discovered my assigned car was locked with the keys in it, and no way for me to get in. There was also a super long line at the counter. I saw Sarah walking around the lot, and asked if she could assist me. She could have easily told me to go wait in the line, but she walked me to the line of freshly cleaned cars and helped me pick one out. She was so incredibly helpful and cheery about it as well. I wish I had more encounters with employees like Sarah!”

To return the car to terminal 1 use this address and follow the return signs: 4901 Glumack Drive, St Paul . No issues at all. If you don't want any extras just decline. The prepaid gas worked for me. I did not feel pressured to take it.”

“Flew into MSP, had no reservation, with 5+ adults and kids. The others wanted way too much or had nothing. Never heard of Payless, went to the desk. Nour was very helpful, even when I had to reassure the card company no one had hacked anything. He got us the vehicle, a '24 or '25 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was fresh off the lot. Even when we had to extend our trip by a day. I had a painless rental, the experience was stress free, and I will move them to the top of the list. And I thought Payless was an old shoe store.
