“We’ve rented from this location regularly for years and the two customer service reps have been exceptional. They are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. The cars are clean and in good condition. They call us if we are running late to make sure we get a car because the company allows for overbooking sometimes, which the local reps can’t do anything about other than look out for their own local customers. We will continue to use this location for its exceptional employees and highly recommend renting from here.”
“Fantastic - great customer service! The gentleman I spoke with was so very helpful. He told me about the drop box if I would be late and that I could park my car on site while I used the truck (couldn't drive two vehicles at once :) ) The day before I was to pick up the truck, he was checking it over and found there was a mechanical problem.”

“My family and I were one of the many people stuck in Minneapolis after the Microsoft issues that have continued to snowball over the past week. I booked a car by what I thought was a miracle and got to the location only to realize it was for the wrong days! Totally my fault, but the gentleman who worked there showed an incredible amount of kindness and helped me call all the Hertz locations in the area to find one of the last vehicles in the city for rent! He even helped us get a car seat from their location to make transporting my family in an Uber to the place that had the car available safer. Honestly I cried in the office from the kindness and generosity shown by the man in the office yesterday and I didn’t even catch his name. Thank you for working above and beyond in securing us a vehicle to get our family home safely to Atlanta when the airport failed!”
“Hertz is great the people at st paul on Darvin st paul need a raise to have to try to work with lyft. Lyft is by far the worst company I have ever worked for, and threw all there technical difficulties the hertz crew has to put up with all lifts mistakes.”

“It was how it should've we walked up to counter after waiting a few mins another customer. They had two people at the counter one tied up with an issue and other going through clients. Crossed the street and got the car. The only issue was the gate at the gate took three minutes to appear. Very wierd”

To return the car to terminal 1 use this address and follow the return signs: 4901 Glumack Drive, St Paul . No issues at all. If you don't want any extras just decline. The prepaid gas worked for me. I did not feel pressured to take it.”
