We stopped by to find out info on an e-bike we had seen online. Alex was very helpful, giving us all the info we needed, took us for a test ride and We bought it!! Very friendly, helpful & not pushy. We may be back for another one!!

Alex is super passionate about bikes. I walked in knowing nothing and he took the time to help ease my mind about all the possible options. We went on a ride and even ran into a happy customer that joined us on the ride. Thanks for making me feel comfortable riding a bike when I haven’t in years!!

Super honest guy and a great small business! Alex was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the bikes. We talked a few days before and when coming back he had the bike ready to take home! Even helped me load it in the truck. Already got to take the bike on a ride and… while I realized I was way more out of shape than I thought haha, I’m so excited to start using the bike to get around when I don’t need the truck.

Had an issue on my way to work and popped my back tire. I don't have the equipment to fix it so I stopped into this shop and I'm glad I did. Alex helped me fix my bike in record time and took me on a ride to try out an electric bike. I had a wonderful experience. I'll be back when I can afford that e-bike I was eyeing

Should have read the bad reviews before going there. All the bad reviews, about the owner being rude and that he doesn’t help if you are looking for options and still thinking if you should buy or not, are completely true. We were treated in a very rude and patronizing way. Honestly, avoid this place if you can. He was especially condescending when we asked about the MN rebate program and from then on treated us as second class. Ironically, he was lamenting about business being slow. We wish you treated customers not based on what you perceive their social status as. We wish you were more interested in establishing good rapport with potential customers for them to become long-term customers, for them to spread good word about you, and bring you even more customers, we wish you encourage customers to make reasonable decisions for themselves. We wish you took more interest in the needs of the customers instead of letting out your frustration over slow business by being a bad salesperson. We wish you did not shame anyone for wanting a MN rebate, let alone even just asking about it. We wish you did not shame anyone interested in different types of bikes, such as foldables, mtbs, etc. We wish you did not assume that anyone that does not already own an ebike is taking the car everywhere, and shame them for that. Regular, non-motorized bikes also exist btw. We wish you viewed your customers as intelligent enough to make their own informed decisions, instead of berating them for what you think is best just based on the price. Also, please be more knowledgeable about the products you sell so you can answer basic questions such as how to exchange tubes, how to replace various parts, as well as knowing about durability of bikes from your own customer interactions.
It is sad that some businesses can be so shortsighted and not think about that word of mouth and that google reviews exist ?

Went in to get a bike I got for free tuned up for my kid, got so much more in return.
Alex, the owner, took the time to educate me and walk me through several of the models they carry, it was very educational.
I came back later with my family and he was more then happy to let us try multiple bikes and talk about biking, safety, and accessories. He was extremely patient with us and stayed open after hours to make sure we got the info we needed without any pressure, despite knowing we were unlikely to make a large purchase that day.
I did some research online after stopping in and found the prices to be fair and equal to what I was seeing direct from manufacturers, possibly even a better deal if you consider they are assembled at the shop.
We live in the area and are very happy to have this shop in the neighborhood. We'll be back.

Rented a mountain bike from Alex to ride some trails around Carver lake. The bike was great and I had a blast riding around. Would definitely rent from Alex again if I'm in town.
