Been going here for many years for service. Service Advisors/repair techs are amazing, Lube techs not so much recently- Today I waited for 3 hours after coming back from a oil change I had two weeks ago to be told that the plug was improperly installed. If my low oil warning light did not show up my engine would have blown and I would get have fun fighting over a new engine. I also have no idea if any engine damage was done even though I was told it's fine (not reflected in notes). One other customer waiting had a similar issue.

I have a Sonata Hybrid and recently drove from Georgia to Minnesota. On the way, I had three separate Hybrid system errors in which I completely lost power, had to coast to the side of the road, shut off the engine, and reset the battery. One of the times, I was in a construction zone and was not in a safe place on the side of the road with my family in the car. I took the car to Buerkle Hyundai. They diagnosed it quickly as a software recall and fixed it within 2 hours. The rub is that I had the car at my local dealership for service twice AFTER the recall was issued. My local dealership did not notify me of the recall either time. The team at Buerkle Hyundai were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Nicely remodeled waiting room. Looking forward to my next service to sit back and relax. Need to work while getting your car serviced no problem, nice work table with plenty of outlets. Brian is the service advisor to see. Very positive experience.

Great care and handling of my auto affairs. I felt like they had my back. Suggested cheaper alternative for my AC recharge and trans flush was cheaper than estimated taking care of my older Veloster which I love getting almost 40mph. Thank you Jayden!

The service department is fantastic. I took my 2024 vehicle in for its first oil change and the service was spectacular. They assisted me in Spanish without the need for a translator, and they performed a service on my vehicle that I would rate 10/10. The attention from the first moment to the end is magnificent. I don't regret buying at Hyundai Buerkle ?

I will never bring my car anywhere else. They have handled some odd repair issues with loaners when needed, always free car wash, solid supply of snacks, coffee and water.
Friendly staff, constant updates as well.
Only nice to have would be a more private spot or two in waiting area for those who may need to work while waiting
