Looking to purchase concrete surface finishing product I went into Brock White looking to get some questions answered by the desk at will call. The web site did not answer the questions I have about various products. I work in the entertainment industry as production staff. I have used Brock White dozens of time for various products, buying for businesses I've worked for as a sub contractor or for myself. I made the mistake of wearing my civilian clothes today. I am a female, 60 yr old. It has been many years since I have been treated so dismissively by ANYONE, as I was by the male clerk today. The staff is 95% male there but it's been along time I've had to deal with someone so stuck in his own bias. This guy assumed I have no knowledge of what Brock White is and how their business works. Pushing ahead against his clear reluctance to help me I asked about second product. He stated they don't carry it, not what the product capacities are. Brock White is a chain that frequently orders in from nearby locations, so not having the product in stock is something quickly remedied. At this point I left. Why bother giving a sale to a clerk with such poor service unless one is, at best, dressed in work clothes, or at worst the wrong gender. Other businesses are happy to sell their products and answer questions about their products regardless of ones appearance.

?need delivery appointment. This may work great for the business but it doesn't work always great for the driver. Due to the fact that when I picked this load up and then found out it it needed an appointment. The place I was re-loading at had arranged a 9 o'clock am appointment had to cancel which turned into a 4 o'clock pm appointment because they filled up by the time I new I needed a appointment gotta unload before I can reload. just wasted my day. At least everyone else gets paid. The joy of driving a truck. I explained The situation but she didn't seem to care go figure.
