Stopped in just to grab a pop. The cashier was having an argument with some homeless person just before we got there and was rude, condescending and overall disrespectful to the patrons because of it. We were there the previous night as well and he seemed rude and just disrespectful in general then also. Maybe customer service isn't the right job for this guy?

Mechanic is knowledgeable and explains car repairs needed and prices okay too. I dropped my car off about 8:15 and was able to pay the cashier after work.

I have been going to BP Amoco to get my vehicle serviced for years now and I have to say that they ONLY have 1 mechanic on duty and this guy is Good. He makes time for me and he lets me know what needs fixing right away, if it doesn’t need fixing he won’t lie to get more money. When I can’t afford the Dealership prices I take my vehicles to BP and I am happy with the service that I get. This guy works all the time I wish I could afford to do something Special for him because he’s nice. He looks serious but he’s really a nice person!!! I appreciate him!!!

Filled a bit of gas and got locked out of my car today as my gas got too low on and freezing windy day. I finally give up trying to open my door as key fob was inside and went to the cashier to borrow phone to call my hubby. The cashier refused to let me use their phone. No cares if it’s too cold outside. What a rude bunch of people. What a waste the location is convenient but rude people will ruin it all. I will never get any drop of gas there ever. Stay away from this place especially if you need help.

Cashier is nice but the mechanic needs a new job. Disrespectful and bipolar. Top it off with overpriced labor per hour, massive part price markups. Surprised this shop isn't closed down. Better off at Firestone or Bonfe's!

The old guy is about as rude as it gets. I had showed up at 7:59 And the guy slammed the door in my face then say I don't open early not in this neighborhood. So I waited a minute. Then he decides to throw all of my stuff in a bag knocking over stuff of the counter. Lady next to me getting gas had problems with her pump. And he told her to figure it out because he won't go outside. Obviously this dude hates his job and need to be fired. I was completely shocked with this clowns behavior.

OMG I LOVE THE SERVICE! I was having a rough day and Mercedes gave me the best service ever. She greeted me as soon as I walked in. She let me vent about my day and even gave me some positive things to think about. Meeting her changed my day and we need more customer service like this and the world would be a better place.

Been going to this place for years as it’s been close to work and home, today their pump 5 malfunction and charge me with out me pressing the trigger on the gas pump, I told the cashier he said I pump it already and there is nothing he can do but go to another pump. For reals tho your pump malfunction took my money and it’s a oh well?? Never going back to this gas station worst help ever.

The mechanic Dean is probably one of the best around. This service is at a gas station an you really wouldn't think that there is such an honest person (mechanic) working there. He is for the customer all the way. The prices are very comparable an he even accepts competitors coupons. Dean has a plethora of mechanical information an is very good at what he does. Great job Dean

Have to pay inside with credit card if not theirs. Big problem for Disabled drivers. BP in St. Paul needs to stop this practice. Especially come winter. I bet they're none too happy to help fill gas tanks for Disabled drivers either but I will put in another review the first time I need help with this.

Had my 100K maintenance and a few gaskets replaced today by Dean. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and a very fair price. Always nice to find a good mechanic.

My car wouldn't start, and I went here to ask for cables. When the mechanic (Dean or Dennis, I cannot remember his name) came in, he told me to wait because he had to do another car first. I told him my car was on the corner across the street, and the hood will be up. I waited for 30 mins and did not see him cross the street, so I decided to call them and let them know I would figure it out myself. The mechanic proceeds to say, "oh, I never saw your car; THANKS FOR WASTING MY F****** TIME." Plus, a bunch of other obscenities. I have gone there before, and anything you ask, they act like it's the most significant inconvenience in the world, even if it's getting your oil changed.
