I’ve seen them be consistently rude to people, and today was finally my turn I guess.. Bad customer service rude cashier and manager enabling him. Drive to the next gas station maybe Holiday or Speedway up the street, I won’t be spending my hard earned money here again!

Dan did a great job on a tire issue. He is all about getting it done and not much for chit chat. Best thing to do is stay out of his and keep quiet.

Shoutout to my girl Sandy working at the downtown Saint Paul BP. She did the most simplest thing that is one of the hardest things For a lot of people to do and that’s just being kind. I never thought someone suggesting or asking if I need a double bag for my purchase would make such an impact.
Thank JOE for employing legit humans ?? ?

I've been to this gas ⛽️ station more than 30 times and spent hundreds of dollars each time falling up. My Suv pays $45/ $65 each time. Before, I've only seen one incident, which was when I wanted to use restroom ? and I asked worker his name tag says Joe he told me you buy something and I told him I spent over $50 on gas is it that's buying he asked me which panpe I told him and he checked on the computer bc somehow he doesn't want take my word and when saw I was telling him the truth. He pulled out the bathroom key to give me, and I told him that's fine. I'd go home and use it and left. Ever since, I don't like to go inside this gas station, but I do get gas from outside and leave. Today, around 4 pm, I want there to fullup my gas tank as away, which normally takes time to do so. While I was waiting inside my car like I always do. It happened to be it was my 2 minutes of prayer time, and i started praying until my gas tank fell out. He saw me praying inside my car. He came with the rage of anger ? ? on his face and hit my car window. I came out and asked him what's his problem was. He told me, "You're salave to someone, and you can take it somewhere else, and I'll call police." I told him please do. I went back to my waited a little bit if he's calling police instead of calling police he was going around taking photos of my my car's license plate while he was screaming, cursing. I left the gas station and called St. Paul police and reported. I'll never go back to this gas station no to racist this old guy name Joe . I definitely hate people and hate his job. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, WHERE THERE IS NO DISRESPECT OR HATE. THANKS

Yes, very reasonable price for unleaded fuel. Plus they have regular leaded fuel for small engines for a few cents more.

Stopped in just to grab a pop. The cashier was having an argument with some homeless person just before we got there and was rude, condescending and overall disrespectful to the patrons because of it. We were there the previous night as well and he seemed rude and just disrespectful in general then also. Maybe customer service isn't the right job for this guy?

Mechanic is knowledgeable and explains car repairs needed and prices okay too. I dropped my car off about 8:15 and was able to pay the cashier after work.

I have been going to BP Amoco to get my vehicle serviced for years now and I have to say that they ONLY have 1 mechanic on duty and this guy is Good. He makes time for me and he lets me know what needs fixing right away, if it doesn’t need fixing he won’t lie to get more money. When I can’t afford the Dealership prices I take my vehicles to BP and I am happy with the service that I get. This guy works all the time I wish I could afford to do something Special for him because he’s nice. He looks serious but he’s really a nice person!!! I appreciate him!!!

Filled a bit of gas and got locked out of my car today as my gas got too low on and freezing windy day. I finally give up trying to open my door as key fob was inside and went to the cashier to borrow phone to call my hubby. The cashier refused to let me use their phone. No cares if it’s too cold outside. What a rude bunch of people. What a waste the location is convenient but rude people will ruin it all. I will never get any drop of gas there ever. Stay away from this place especially if you need help.

Cashier is nice but the mechanic needs a new job. Disrespectful and bipolar. Top it off with overpriced labor per hour, massive part price markups. Surprised this shop isn't closed down. Better off at Firestone or Bonfe's!

The old guy is about as rude as it gets. I had showed up at 7:59 And the guy slammed the door in my face then say I don't open early not in this neighborhood. So I waited a minute. Then he decides to throw all of my stuff in a bag knocking over stuff of the counter. Lady next to me getting gas had problems with her pump. And he told her to figure it out because he won't go outside. Obviously this dude hates his job and need to be fired. I was completely shocked with this clowns behavior.

OMG I LOVE THE SERVICE! I was having a rough day and Mercedes gave me the best service ever. She greeted me as soon as I walked in. She let me vent about my day and even gave me some positive things to think about. Meeting her changed my day and we need more customer service like this and the world would be a better place.
