  Was running low on gas so decided to stop here, talk about a hassle. Go inside pay for my gas on pump 5, was told pump 5 doesn't work apparently, which they did not have sleeved. No problem there he puts me on 3. Back my truck up to 3 it's saying I I didn't pay, so I go inside and tell him it's not working. He tells me it should be working now so I go back outside, same thing. Do that process again go inside, says it's good to go, go back outside and same thing. I walked inside a total of four times just to get a little bit of gas. Besides that the place just seems shady as heck I would recommend going somewhere else.

  I had been taking my cars there for years, things were great until covid, and he jacked up the prices like trying to charge 33 dollars a gallon and his store sells it for 12He claimed my truck was broken into and broke my steering wheel but wouldn't help in any way for me to make a police report and he charged me full price for the steering wheel replacement. Then some part was missing from my engine, he says he has no idea what I'm talking about etc I had him trying to find out why my car was overheating, I paid for: water pump replacement, radiator replacement, thermostat, temperature sensor plug. Still overheating and he wanted to then charge me for a diagnostic to figure this out. In my opinion, with all the business I gave him with my cars and family cars... He could have just done that! He claimed that because of COVID he had to make up for financial loss by charging more for parts and labor. Like he was the only one struggling!? Just F your customers? Scott, the owner was a thief

  Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience at my neighborhood BP. After bringing my car in for a routine oil change I noticed my car gushing oil. When I called to explain the issue and bring my car in to be checked the mechanic I spoke with was not congenial. Although he located my car information in their system when I gave him my name, when my husband brought it in he claimed he did not have my car in their system. After a while he tooka look at my car and then claimed to have changed the oil filter which he said was cracked. My car continued to leak oil so I brought it to another place and they told me the oil filter was still cracked and asked who performed my most recent oil change and encouraged me to contact that place as they would probably repair it at no cost, saying that a cracked filter after having an oil change "is not common". I had the other place make all the necessary repairs, as I will not be bringing my car back to the BP on Wheelock. Horrible experience, don't waste your time.

  ?‍♂️?‍♂️DONT RECOMMEND (read) The cashier is super RACIST. I went to the BP because my brother and my bikes were out of air, while it’s filling up , I go into the store to find something good, then I find nothing pleasing to me and go back outside. When my brother is done filling up the bikes we both go back inside to make a purchase and she made me empty my pockets. After the purchase, as we are outside in the air pump getting ready to leave, she approaches me and said did I steal something, I then empty my pockets she still doesn’t believe me, and starts blaming about “I know you stole something the first time you came in here” and I said no I didn’t , I just came to check it out, she returned to her store a couple of arguing seconds laterAs a black person in America this level of racism is normal. BUT TO A KID???? That’s just a no - no - no.And the owner will just reply “yes we will get to it and cooperative and fix the problem” ; I read the other comments it’s the same problem about the customers, we are being treated unfairly, not just me she’s doing this with, she doesn’t know respect. She is a old grumpy that doesn’t have any manners .This experience was my worst.

  Very rude cashier. I asked quickly if they accept Apple Pay and she said, look at the register, duh we have it. She made me scan my own items because she didn’t want to touch anything. Skip this place go across the street.

  Depending on which employee I end up running into at the time of my visit I usually, almost always, end up enjoying my visit at this store! One thing that plays a HUGE FACTOR in a majority of my visits at this store would be that they actually have a PUBLIC RESTROOM here. As this may seem like a silly reason for some people but for me and for as much traveling around the twin cities area that I travel on a day to day basis, you are very fortunate to find yourself an open business in which their bathrooms are also open too! SO VERY FEW BUSINESSES ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO USE THEIR RESTROOMS, ESPECIALLY DURING THE OVERNIGHT/GRAVEYARD/3RD SHIFT. THIS I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR!THANK YOU WHEELOCK BP!

  The cashier are rude for no reason. If you trying to buy gas, just do it outside or don’t ever shop here at all.

  These service guys are always stand up guys. Very transparent about the work they are doing and what they find. Its easy to work with them and they can usually get you in pretty quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to get their maintenance done.

  I came here to leave a review only because I had such a horrible experience with the cashier and nothing in the store was even sufficient to be considered a convenient store. I used to stop there at 6am, on my way to work because it was very easy and quick to get on and off the freeway... But after the third try I just couldn't even make myself go back, I would leave everytime so irritated and late. The lady almost seemed like she was moving extra slow on purpose and made it very clear she just didn't care. Plus, it seemed like it was always something... They didn't have any creamer for my coffee(not even to buy it) or she wouldn't break a 50 dollar bill(so I'm literally searching my car for change at 5:45am). Throughout each time I gave the place another chance the lady working was just simply uncaring and rude. I have since realized it was just as quick to go to the gas station across the street and everything bp lacked they don't. I'm not someone to leave a bad review usually, only when it's merited.

  Horrible customer service. Went in there with my son and daughter. The cashier was mopping. Me and my kids were waiting at the register to be rung up. She walked past my kids and said “move” with an attitude. When I confronted here about it, she then turns and says I don’t have to worry about her because I will now be banned. All happy jolly and smiling with African Americans but with us Asians, she always just rolling her eyes at us. This wasn’t the first time. Go to Arco across the street if you’re Asian

  It's a gas station. It's clean and never busy. Been there 100† time's friendly.
