These guys really took care of me like I was family. I will always take my cars to there shop they got me in and out and jumped on my car asap as soon as I brought it in and all so l was able to use a louner car until my car was done ✅

I found my new car place and it’s Sunray BP! They did a spectacular job of explaining and showing exactly what was going on with my vehicle. They were very clear about what was needed and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Hayley did an amazing job working with my (not-so-accommodating) warranty company and got me loaners while they fixed my vehicle. Over all, everyone was very professional, and personable and they certainly are very, very good at what they do. I’m recommending them to everyone I know! Thanks guys and gals at Sunray BP!

I am truly happy that I went to Sunray BP Auto Repair to get my car fixed. Not only are the staff very nice but each of them are very knowledgeable and great at what they do. What I appreciate about them is how they will take the time to take photos of the concerns that you have about your car and give you feedback in a way to where your feeling like you're learning something new.
The repairs that they suggested for my car were presented in the way to where I didn't feel pressured to spend my money. I gave them a budget that I had in mind and Troy gave me his honest feedback about what issues that I should take care of.
They also have different financing options as well to help people pay for their car repairs, which was also helpful! I appreciate how they always kept in contact with me, giving me up to date statuses about how the car repairs were going. I also was given a discount and my car was fixed in a timely manner.
I am extremely happy with how my car runs now and feel so much more confident driving it for longer distances then I had before the repairs.
In my humble opinion Sunray BP Auto Repair offers great customer service, positive vibes, and your vehicle will be very well taken care of!

Everyone was so kind and helpful, did a general maintenance inspection and they corrected what needed to be fixed as soon as I gave the word! Love them, will definitely come again for vehicle repairs

I loved the service. They were very kind and honest people and notified me of the issue for my oil leak. They fix it up for me and it was very affordable. They also drop me off and pick me back up from home after I took my car in to the shop and they offered me a loaner car to get to work but my car ended up being fixed by then. I’m looking forward to doing business with them again!!

The people who work inside are really nice and friendly BUT I had my car towed here, coo he even offered to let me pay a Lower price for the tow and add it to my bill. It came in on the tow car as a no start. My car has been having this issue for some time now. Idk it just doesn’t want to start sometime after putting gas into it, anyways it needed to goto the shop for some time now so after the no start I finally called around and found this shop. A few hours in I remember my car has a 2 year warranty and I advised this to the shop owner. He said coo he would work on my car call the warranty and see what he could do. 2 days in I’m calling to check on my car doesn’t seem like a lot of progress was made by this time I’m 100 dollars in on taking Ubers to work. So I call again to see what’s going on, no direct answer couldn’t really tell me what was wrong with my car. He suggested it was the fuse box at this time my bill was sitting at around 900 plus dollars, so I asked did you call my warranty to see if it’s covered. I had about 20 undirect answers. Telling me it hasn’t really “failed” so he was unsure the warranty would cover it blah blah blah. Never once tired to call to see if it was cover because I guess he didn’t have any proof or whatever lie he was telling me because if that’s the so called code popping up you would think that’s the proof right there, but I guess not. So on the 3rd day in the morning I get a call telling me to come get my car and it would be 320 dollars to get it back. Didn’t fix anything didn’t even diagnose my car I still don’t know what is truly wrong with my car. Probably the worse experience I’ve ever had with a shop l. I felt so played and cheated. I was so upset I rather them hold onto my car and just fix it at this point because 9 times out of 10 my warranty would have covered most of the work that needed to be done on my car. He didn’t want to lower the bill or anything I ended having to pay 300 plus dollars to get my car back with nothing being done to it at all. The car still randomly just doesn’t want to start sometimes. I just would not recommend you taking your car here. I’m truly upset on how they handled me and my car. Never again.

No BP rewards discount option at the pump. At every station I've been to, even if it isn't on the screen, hitting the cancel button before transaction pulls it up.
You mention the BP credit card option in your response. This is the BPme rewards, where you enter your phone number. It is not tied to any credit card. I've traveled across the country this summer and not only is it an option in the states I've visited, this is the only station I've encountered where it cannot be entered or applied.
