Amazing customer service from Collie (sorry if misspelled) and Amir. Tried to port number and they stuck with it until it was done. Very patient and helpful. Would definitely do business with them again.

I tried calling the store and a woman picked up and I told her that can I search up my boyfriends account because my email was on his stuff and usually when I go with him they literally asked me the email and stuff like that and I was just trying to look up if he paid it or not and a lady was being so rude, saying that she can’t look up his account because that’s his account when I don’t have no trouble with that before. Like she was being extra rude to me, so I was saying not to call these people on the phone

That young guy is lazy up there. He didn't want to call the insurance to replace my phone because he said they take too long to answer, so I had to pay the full price of the new phone. He wasn't help at all!!!! Poor people skills. This was last week!!

The customer service is ok. Once you a customer and need a new phone there are no "deals". My boost phones will last about three years and then texts and calls don't always go through. I really think that boost does that and that the phones are fine. If you bring your own phone there is a $25 charge. I'm looking for better service and prices elsewhere.

Called a few other Boost Mobile locations to find a screen protector for my son's phone call this location they said they had it we have all the screen protectors he says..we go down there oh I don't have the screen protect for this phone check your inventory before people come down there.. then has the nerve to ask do I want to update my phone but don't offer free updates

I don't know sometimes when I go in there I just feel like lungs is like don't want to wait on customers like that no more I mean and then people wonder why they got answering machines doing all the jobs and not humans no more or live person cuz they got magnitude to go with it and then I got to pay you plus that that's just too much money coming out of my pocket I have any who I guess I have to open their own business and see how bad or rough it really is

Jonathan is awesome I love the way he helps everyone an how he works with you .Jonathan is the best thing that store has never had....I recommend everyone to just work with Jonathan because the big white owner girl in the store ain't no good at all but Jonathan is there to help thanks my brotha thanks for getting me an my family 6 phones today we all appreciated you...pls don't leave that store because if you leave I will take my service anywhere you go...
