I would never go back to boost mobile ever again. I dumped them today I've been with them for 3 and a half years and they won't unlock an old phone we had from them and there reasons were that they couldn't find it in there system and it's a boost mobile phone DAH so look out people there going to rip you off sooner than you think!.!!!!

Went here after I had visited another store where the rep didn’t seem very interested in helping me. Hong was amazing. Got me in and out quickly and went above and beyond. Great service
