I went to the arcade/st.paul boost location and met Louisa, whom saved my life! My phone screen stopped working and she got me set up with a new phone and plan. I was having a nervous breakdown and Louisa calmed me down and took care of everything! She was amazing, she truly cares about every customer, even the panic stricken, cell phone illiterate like me that probably tested every nerve she has. She was professional, down to earth and real with me. She went above and beyond her typical job duties and I really enjoyed her personality, she was easy to understand. Louisa is AWESOME! I will be recommending her to everyone!

Horrible customer service the lady at the store was clueless and didn’t even want to help the person she called as well was rude and could not answer any questions I had just kept avoiding the questions and would say something that has nothing to do with my questions.

Abraham and Natalie gave me the best experience ever. They were kind and patient and Abraham did everything in his power to fix the problem with my phone service and succeeded. Not my neighborhood Boost store but will be my go to store.

Abraham and Natalie were AMAZING!!!!! Abraham was on the phone for like half an hour with customer support getting our 4G back online. He's the only person (and Natalie too) I would ever trust with Boost Mobile customer support ever again. Cannot say how patient and perseverant he was in getting my partner's phone fixed. THANK YOU ABRAHAM

The gentleman that helped me at this store location today 04-22-23 was the greatest experience I ever had and I work in the same field and he went above and beyond and I wanted to send him praise and will go back to that same store if I had to need anything else and yes I do remember his name “ Mr Abraham “ give that man a raise because I was trying to keep my daughter happy for her 12th birthday and he took his time to make it happen ❤️???
