We have used this service to wash our fleet of 15 Vehicles for over 1.5 year now. Had a pretty good experience up until recently where multiple vehicles got decals damaged. We provided before and after photos of the damages a day after the wash. I brought it up to the manager and requested action on the issue. Bill the manager or whoever he is has no customer service skills whatsoever and was rude and discourteous. Had no profesional approach to issue and actually blamed us and the decals itself. Just a blatant disregard for paying customer (bringing $900 per month). My suggestion to management is to have a serious talk with Bill for ruining relationships and having terrible people skills and horrendous customer service. Clear evidence of negligence in the photos below where you can clearly see how the power wash damaged the decals.

Seen these guys washing a fleet of trucks while I was unloading and once they were done I asked what they charged and paid the man to do mine! Can not complain my old rig shines again! Thank you guys!

They come out and wash my dock trucks and makes them look new. Especially on all the aluminum on my trucks.
