I grew up on the Eastside. I know live in a southern suburb yet the ONLY meat sore i will visit is Big Steer. The staff of men are all welcoming, great prices and my latest find there is their jumbo pickles. They are sooo good I will buy a few a week with my Welch's gralow soda in addition to my meat/spaghetti sauce/garlic bread purchases. Vicki Burback aka one of Toms daughters

Big Steer Meats is a delicious asset to the East Side! Today we grilled the Al Capone and the Italian Stallion steaks! Best steaks ever! Not only the incredible stuffing but the cuts of steaks were prime, beautifully marbled and perfectly aged and seasoned! Buying the goods was as much fun as grilling! Your questions are welcomed and great choices are everywhere! From prepared dinners of sliced beef or lasagna to the many, many brats and beef sticks, salads, lunch meats, raw meat....there is no shortage of delicious food! We can't wait to go back, it is our new favorite place!
