I bought an installed car battery from the Robert St store. Drove home with no problems. The next morning my car was completely dead. Having a new battery, I thought there was a problem in my electrical system so I took it it to my mechanic. The bill was $10 less than the installed battery and the cause was an inadequate install. Went to the store and was totally stonewalled. Called corporate and they said the district manager would contact me within 48 hours.that was over a week ago and no call. I won’t return to a company that doesn’t stand behind there work. I suggest you find another vendor.

Called about a key fob. Given a price over the phone when I got there it was more than what was stated. The key machine wasn't working, I requested a phone call from them to tell me when I could come in and complete the process, no phone call. I had to call them twice and when I got in touch with them, I was told don't come in right now, we're to busy. Not to mention the poor customer service while I was in the store. Very unfortunate and even a worse location. I will never return to this store.

I purchased a car battery online with the pro install. I came in and the battery was swiftly and professionally installed. No problem! Will definitely use them again.

Unwilling to honor a battery warranty because it is the second faulty battery I have gotten on the same warranty within 2 years. Receipt clearly states full warranty until June 2024, it was even highlighted when they replaced the first faulty battery. Now am told there is no warranty on the replacement.

The store manager is extremely unprofessional, he is rude, no empathy,rough to talk to, and not helpful.While trying to fix the front of phone, they broke the back if my phone.I accepted the demand and the readiness to fix the back side that they broke. But the manager treated me awfully. He needs a different job, customer service relationship is zero for him.

Very fast phone display replacement for my Samsung. I closed the car door on my phone and cracked and wrecked the display. I was happy to find a quick replacement. I was expecting to have to replace this almost new phone and did not have insurance on it through the carrier. I'd highly recommend this place.

I brought my Prius key fob in to get a new battery the other night. I asked the man how much it’d cost? He said “6 something.” I said, “ok great let’s do it!” All awhile he’s struggling to open up the back of the key fob. I told him EXACTLY how to take it off yet he ignored me and continued to struggle with my key fob. ? He then proceeds to take out his cell phone to Google how to remove it…. After about 5 min of standing there he finally gets it removed. He goes to the register and rings up $15.06!! I asked how it went from “6 something” to $15? He said it was for “LABOR.” This guy never once said anything about labor while I was in there, had he listened to what I told him he wouldn’t have spent the time in labor. Needless to say, I will not be going back there again.BEWARE!!!

They were able to take me in soon after opening. They had the right car battery at a good price. The man got on it about ten minutes after I got there, and had my car running in about twenty minutes. Save me from much delay in my day. Thank you Soo much.
