Went in to buy a Nook Reader and all the units were dead. Asked service person and she said the power went out and has not been replaced. Hate to say, I could have got it going with just what I have in vehicle.

We love this store! Today, there was a Karen at the register and (forgive me but I couldn't read the name tag very well) Jax (Jay?) did an amazing and professional job dealing with her. Never broke a sweat and remained calm and professional. Impressive. They also checked us out and got me signed up for the rewards program. I feel like this associate went above and beyond, and I love that!

Great place to be. Probably one of the few places still thriving in the mall. They also have a coffee shop inside the store!
Get your copy of Dune at this store! Staff are also great and very helpful. Join their point program for discounts!

I had a wonderful experience here looking at the manga section. They have a really good selection of books in general. The store was clean, and sections were easy to find.
