This is one of the least modern banks you will interact with. If you want to deposit checks through mobile deposit they either charge you a fee or make you go to the bank. They are extremely conservative in everything they do! Don't bank here.

This is one of those horrible, evil, pathetic businesses that are milking the "pandemic" in order to not do their jobs. We sat in the parking lot waiting for the business to open as we watched about 20 employees enter the facility. Upon trying to enter the building when the clock struck 9am we were met by a "bouncer" that proceeded to tell us that the lobby is not open and we are not allowed in without first making an appointment. We explained that we were simply "adding a beneficiary" to an account, a 2 second change that involves nothing more than a quick signature, yet we were turned away. ~Top down management has always been bad at this business, we've always been treated poorly, but at this point, I'd like to know just what exactly are all those people doing in there all day long? This place needs to be investigated.*****Update to the banks reply. Nice try, I saw Alicia enter the building, she is perfectly capable as the 'head honcho' to complete the beneficiary change for us. Can’t even talk to anyone on the phone, I need information why won’t you answer your phone? Was on hold for 20 minutes,never got to talk to anyone. Have been with you guys since day one,but if things don’t change soon, no more. Customer service is the only thing that makes you better than any other bank.

So sad to see this institution fall apart. I have banked here since I was a child and in the last several years it has going completely down the drain. Poor customer service! I have had my cards cancelled without cause so many times due to supposed fraud, was never contacted, they have changed my address in their records multiple times without my request causing my info to go to the wrong address and when I try to resolve the reps argue with me and make me feel like I am completely to blame. You know what I am to blame, for continuing to bank with this joke of an institution.

I have worked quite a bit with Betsy at the Smith Ave branch and she is phenomenal! Incredibly helpful, responsive and makes banking from near or far super easy!

Part of this banks business is spoof calling random people trying to solicit unwanted services. Why would I, a person who doesn't even reside in MN keep getting spoof called by this bank? Odds are they're a business front for something more nefarious.
