I showed up about 5 mins before closing in a panic because both my head lights were out and it was pouring rain. Robin and his colleague were amazing. They immediately told me they were happy to help. They found the headlights and Robin installed them in the rain. I’m so grateful for kind people. God bless you both! You have a customer for life!

The phone number online they can take off as you have to call multiple times before someone answers and then when they do and you ask if they have something in stock they tell you to come in and look for yourself as they don’t know should I get an employee badge or something to go into the back and look if they have it ?

Bought a battery from this location a few weeks ago. They had trouble finding it even though it said in stock on their website and I gave them the part number, but they eventually found it. I just returned to bring my old battery in and was met with a locked door at noon on a Sunday (not a holiday). No sign on the door, no posting on their website, and the store phone number just rang endlessly. If you're going to close unexpectedly, please inform people about it.

This autozone is hands down the best. The manager working this night was super helpful. He let us borrow the tools so that we could fix our boat. We had a two hour drive home and wouldn’t have made it even 5 miles. If it weren’t for him we would have been stuck on the side of the road and with 6 kids that wouldn’t have been good. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy or borrow a tool. This Autozone is very professional and they seem to genuinely care about people!! Thanks so much for your help. I apologize I didn’t get your name but thank you again for the amazing hospitality!!

I went into the University ave.St paul Autozone on Sunday 2-4-24 thinking I knew what I was looking for, more or less lol David saw me looking at headlight bulbs and offered his assistance.long story short David not only quickly found what my car needed but also helped me save some money, I can tell he takes his job seriously he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and an asset to this company! Thanks David you are appreciated!
