Yesterday (8/31/2024), I was in a pinch after I tried to do my own oil change and failed to get the oil filter off due to it being over tightened. I pulled up to their shop without an appointment and spoke with Bob and despite him being busy he took the time out of his day to lift my car and take it off for me free of charge. It's rare you see service like this anymore and I will be taking my vehicle their for additional service when the time comes. (Thank you again Bob and the rest of the Auto Repair Service team for continuing to serve the community)

I’m new to the area and had my check engine light come on. I called and they were able to fit me in same day. They were communicative and didn’t try to upsell me or anything like that. I truly believe that they genuinely cared about me and my vehicle. I definitely will be back with anything and everything my vehicle may need.

Got my 98 toyota camry towed to this shop awhile back after it broke down. They replaced my timing belt for me, told me all the things that needed to be done, and were able to refer me to another shop to get some exhaust work done as well. Excellent service all the way around!

Everyone in my family goes to Auto Repair and for good reason. You can rely on them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent repair work. The majority of my repairs have been same day or next day turnaround too.

Amazing customer service! They worked with us to coordinate times that worked with my household’s crazy schedule! They had parts ordered and ready when we dropped off the car and we’re finished ahead of schedule. They even worked with me to handle my payment by phone since I am currently injured and couldn’t go in myself.
