101 10th St E, St Paul“Moved in summer 2023. Overall, it's been a good experience with efficient response time from the management team about apartment maintenance. Location is unbeatable. As someone who doesn't own a car, staying at this apartment has enabled me to visit all the major hubs (Grand, Highland, North Loop, Nicollet, West 7th, Selby) with fewer than 2 train/bus transfers. My one gripe is the sanitary wipes in the gym. I used the fitness center at least 3x a week, and more than half the time, there would be no sanitary wipes to clean equipment after I was finished.”
“Very kind and loving community ❤️ Like one big family in a building. Staff resolves any issues quickly and efficiently and maintenance is quick to handle requests and is very respectful when entering apartments.”
“I normally do not leave reviews at all, but I wanted to share my experiences so far living here. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say. Brittney is amazing and is always so welcoming and helpful along with everyone else in the office (I happen to speak to Brittney the most). Any issues I have had in the past gets resolved within the same day. Our AC was leaking last year and we notified the office and got a brand new one within the same day! They are always on top of everything! Always so welcoming, sweet, and communicative. This place is a great, small community to reside in.”
“This place is really a great place to live. We lived here once before. So we new we’d be back. Thanks so very much for making us comfortable. Lu & Brad Wetherbee”
“Joanne, Shannon, Chenoya, Ralph, and Curtis are the best. This is the best place to live and there’s always things going on throughout the community here, bbq, free donuts and coffee! You wouldn’t regret living here. They understand the tenants and they all work well together to provide the perfect living space! I can go on and on about how happy I am, but you’ll have to come tour yourself to see how wonderful Cosmo really is!”

261 5th St E, St Paul“I lived at Rayette for a bit and worked very close with Gina the property manager. Easily one of the sweetest and most compassionate property managers I’ve ever met. The apartments are beautiful as is, but to have such amazing management made living there made it worth it. If you’re considering these apartments, you will not be disappointed”
“I just picked up my keys today and am so excited to move in! They were very helpful, giving me a tour and working with my timeline. Beautiful apartments and it seems to be in a convenient location!”
“Please keep in mind, my review is from like 2020? I lived there for a year before buying my own house (that I am now desperately trying to sell). The place is def older, which means you can hear your neighbors next door if they bump walls, etc. I always take top floor because I have sensory sensitivities, so I can't speak to what it's like under, but I remember trying not to be too bothersome. I had a neighbors downstairs who would try t play music that would vibrate the building, and each time I had to complain because, as I said, I have sensitivities, and Korinne would take care of it. She was always on, and honestly, she shouldn't be. You can hear people through their doors but that's fine in the hallway. It doesn't really extend into the apartments. When I was there they upgraded the coin operated laundry to use cards and online apps, which was absolutely fantastic. Getting coins was such a hassle. If anything broke, maintenance was in and fixed it. I had a period where carpenter ants showed up. I brought them several samples to help with ID, and the matter was resolved pretty quickly. The place is bright but honestly an eye mask can take care of that. Though I found I kind of enjoyed it? People didn't fire off fireworks in the middle of the street. You also have easy access to Aldi, which is a plus.
I loved Korinne, and now that I'm selling my house, if I decide to go back to apartments, I will be aiming to return to Hillsberry.”
“What doesn't this place offer? From locations, to amenities in units, to amenities in building, music equipment and rooms available for use, close to restaurants and daily go tos”
“I have lived at Lexington Hills (Lexington & Jefferson/Mac Grovland) for seven years. It's a lovely well-managed property. The rent is reasonable the management is responsive. I don't intend to move anytime soon. Its pet-friendly the people are, too.”
“I lived here for about 2 years. Decent location. Was a nice first apartment as an autistic individual. Trader Joe's is across the street, Arby's and Carbones as well Walgreens and The Nook as well Mavericks Pizza within walking or biking distance.”

828 Hazel St N Suite #202, St Paul“In the time that I did live here I never had any issues. The management and care takers were always on point and helpful. The tenants appear to be friendly and the kids seem to play out together without any issues. Parking is great! I think the only issue I had was moving in furniture; the hallways are a bit tight. But overall I was a happy camper.”
“Daveed was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable about the apartment and did an excellent job showcasing its features. Even though there wasn’t an available unit for my timeframe, his professionalism and enthusiasm made a great impression. Highly recommend him!”
