Ray repaired two good quality older Samsonite suitcases for us. One needed hand stitching to repair a zipper. In addition, he replaced the tabs on several zippers and lubricated all of the zippers. We really did not want to replace these suitcases and are grateful for the professional repair job and quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

I took my purse in to have the zipper repaired. Not only was it completed for pickup the next day, but he is so honest, informative and very reasonable. I have never left a review before but you will not be disappointed.

I have two Santa gigs this weekend, so I bought new Santa boots that arrived on Wednesday. The boots didn’t zip up all the way because the cuff wasn’t wide enough. I called Ray on Wednesday and he said to bring them in right away. I needed them by Saturday morning, and Ray finished them Friday morning. Picked up the boots Friday afternoon and they fit beautifully. Ray was honest, fair, and even walked me through why they weren’t fitting and what he needed to do to fix them. I’m a forever customer of Ray’s.

My coat zipper broke and he fixed it quickly and well done! It looks great and he showed me how to prevent zipper breakage in the future. I’ll be back with any tailoring needs!
