Terrible, terrible customer service. The woman who came out to help me and my fiance treated us like a major inconvenience. We were the only guests in the store. I could here her mutter, "Jesus Christ" in contempt of us. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Do not shop here! Such a rude, nasty, old woman. The worst shopping experience I have ever had.

I rarely leave reviews, but Bob Anderson, the owner, is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a particular boot in a men's size 6 and he was able to special order it for me at a price below all of the other local and online stores (Loffler, Nokomis, even Amazon). I will be purchasing all of my shoes here from now on. Bob, you've acquired a lifetime customer.

I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews. Bob Anderson, the owner, is a super friendly and helpful guy. Their prices are great, too (even better than Amazon, I've found). I normally shop online, but will support this small business for as long as they're around (or as long as I live in the area).

I have been shopping here since I was a kid, and I always go back when I am in town. When I was younger, I got shoes for my private school uniforms. Now, I get their awesome selection of Ugg's, Dansko, or whatever else is in season. They have a great selection without being too overwhelming, and a great clearance selection. Sandy and Bob are the cutest and always willing to help. They'll wait on you and help you find what you need, and then later help you take care of what you bought. Sandy has an awesome no-nonsense attitude and Bob is just as sweet as a peach. I'll keep going back here for years to come!
