5 Star for car rental
1 Star for unsafe Infant and Child car seat selections. The 1st infant seat wouldn't even fit properly on a minivans seat. The 2nd infant seat was an outdated piece of junk that can't even fit a 7 month old. The attendant was too busy to help us in the garage.

Alamo offered us the best deal on a premium SUV at the Minneapolis airport recently. It is a long trek from the arrival gates (includes a train ride) to the car rental facility. The sparkling and modern car rental facility was spacious and staffed appropriately for the hour of the night. We checked in at the counter quickly, and proceeded to pick up our car efficiently. We were very pleased with the car reserved, and would definitely rent from Alamo again.

The car had 67000+ miles on it and I was a little concerned that I would have issues with it. I have never rented a car that had that many miles on it. The checkout gal said all would be fine and gave me a card with emergency service info on it. The car was great and all was well

Our flight was delayed resulting in us being late in arriving for our rental car. Since we were on a six week vacation we had a lengthy rental and a lot of luggage, including two sets of golf clubs.
We were given an SUV that had to be returned. Also, since we were renting for over a month we needed a second contract agreement.
I’m politely summarizing some of the hassles encountered but our frustrations were minimal due to how are contact employee dealt with us. Peter Forte exemplified what the word service means. You can tell when someone really cares.

Great experience due to customer service at MInneapolis airport. Friendly and efficient. Especially impressed with Peter ( remember the name since mine) when returned car. Very friendly. Helpful and courteous.

Everything was fine, however, I would not consider a Toyota RAV4 as a “standard SUV” more of a mid-sized SUV.

Easy to reserve thru Southwest. Got a great rate on a minivan…wanted an SUV but saw their gas mileage wasn’t good…and they were more expensive than a van. The check in process was easy…we got to the counter at the Minneapolis airport and saw clear directions to scan a QR code and completed the process ourselves…we went upstairs and were given a choice of 3 vans…we chose the red Chrysler Pacifica. Gas was full and car was clean and near…only 5,000 miles in it.
We drove almost 3,000 miles visiting the center of the U.S….from North Dakota to Arkansas. The ride was smooth the entire trip…and we used Apple CarPlay easily.
We returned the van at the Little Rock airport…the attendant was very nice and quick to check us out.
Based our this experience, I highly recommend Alamo and renting a spacious van.

I love Alamo, the only rental agency that I use while traveling!! you can rent from them even if you don't have a major credit card you can use your debit card!!! awesome customer service and great vehicles.

The whole experience picking-up and dropping off our car at MSP's Alamo was wonderful. People were very helpful and using the app was easy. We will definitely use Alamo again.

Well done quick pick suv vehicle as reserved and we were able to get off the plane, grab our luggage and head straight there to the parking lot Alamo rental and have our vehicle ready for us and drive off, thank you so much!
