As a physical therapist, I have worked with this company several times regarding wheelchairs provided for my patients. They provided stock (off the shelf) wheelchairs for patients with specific neurological conditions, which is completely inappropriate and leads to numerous health complications including pressure sores and increased mobility issues. Many times they provide ill fitting wheelchairs and do not stand behind their products when adjustments are needed. A four wheeled walker sold to a patient broke within 2 months and they would not come out to repair it, requiring the family to deliver it to them for repairs. I would NOT recommend this company.

Went out of his way to get a machine that worked the correct way overnight so I did not have to bring two machines to a doctor appointment in the morning to exchange one! Also had to put up with my irrational irate neighbor which was beyond the call of duty. Thank You!

Leah Schmidt delivered a new machine to replace my Trilogy 100. She set it up and showed me how it works and answered all my questions. I am very confident that I will be able to use this machine after all her great input. She is very knowledgeable with this new machine and I am so grateful for her expertise! She is a valuable asset to AdaptHealth!

I came to Adapt Health from another home service because my insurance dropped the other one (thank all things holy that happened).Other service basically punted my cpap at me and got me out the door. They cared 0% and you could tell.Adapt health was completely opposite. Paula was amazing ! She knew I had some experience and didn’t grill me into boredom. She was flexible and rolled with the knowledge I shared but also made sure there were no questions. She allowed me to do some teach back on my question (which helps me learn). She allowed for questions. She gave me information to contact her, the customer service line, she covered the re-order process.Thank you Paula !!!!!!!! If she treats all her patients like that she DEFINITELY needs a pay raise. Also thank you for dealing with my lack of sleep quirkiness.Again, I am so happy this switch happened!! #worthit

I was provided with all the post in-patient care equipment and oxygen required for my recovery. Delivery and set-up were prompt by personnel that provided information about equipment operation. He and the person picking the equipment were very pleasant.

My phone call was answered quickly by a lady named Mary. She knew exactly what I was requesting, and saw that the message was delivered to Joseph, who made the equipment delivery within two hours time. That's a nice turnaround time. Joseph was a very cooperative deliveryman, and he should be praised for his diligence.

We have had a great experience!new rented a wheelchair for my teenage daughter post surgery and had a few issues that required contact with customer service. They were kind, courteous, and quick to fix our concerns.

AdaptHealth was very informative. Daniel provided the information on different items that he felt would help me after extensive spinal cord surgery and back fusion. When I asked about specific items he went back down to their office and came back with them for me to see them. Very nice man!

William came out and was great. He explain everything to us. Show us how everything worked. Also gave some tips of better ways of doing things. Then when he was leaving noticed we could used a shorter hose and went back and got us some. Very knowledgeable.

I went in for a new Cpap today. The lady was very helpful and explained everything to me and I understood every thing. I felt very comfortable there and am glad to have a new machine. I can't wait to use it tonight! Everyone was very nice there!
