Great customer service placed an order this morning wanting same day delivery. Called and spoke to Sue and told her what had happened and she said let her call her carrier and she would get back to me and made it happen.

Terrible customer service. Ordered flowers on my anniversary and just wanted to see if the order was received/delivered. Sue (employee) was curt and rude - she hung up on me before I could ask another question.I’ve used them previously for other occasions and the flowers were actually great. But that means nothing if they treat you poorly. It’s unfortunate. Will NOT be returning here again.

Wonderful customer service!! I was gifted some tulips for Mother's Day that arrived from A Pocket Full of Posies in OK-ish shape. I used my grandmothers advice and popped a couple pennies in the vase which helped them perk up a bit. I'm sure it was very busy with the holiday... The florist offered to replace them after the fact, which was very generous!

Great little shop. Some of these negative reviews are out of pocket. Location? Skyways, we all know how many twists and turns are involved. Also, flowers are a living thing to be cared for. If you want them to last, trim the stems daily, change the water daily, and put them in the refrigerator at night. Anyway, 5 stars to Pocket Full of Posies!

I really really wanted to leave a good review, but I do have some things to say, echoing off other reviews. Before I decided on this place, I searched high and low and looked at the bad reviews. I decided on this place because they have tulips, which were the flowers I was looking for. Scroll all the way down for short review.Long review:I gave three stars because of the variety of flowers and for having tulips to begin with. Many of the other shops I looked at didn't have any tulips or any variety in arrangements and colors. I also like how affordable this shop is too.I deducted 1 star because of the location. It's hard to find parking and the particular day I went to pick up the flowers, I could not get into the building. This shop is located inside an apartment building (?), which was locked the day I went, so I could not get into the building. I phoned the flower shop and they obviously sounded rude and annoyed that I couldn't figure out how to get in a locked building and they said they would come get me. Fortunately enough, some residents came and opened the door, which I was then able to get inside, but probably made the person who answered my phone call more annoyed because they came down the stairs, handed my flower arrangements to me, and didn't even look at me or said thanks!I deducted two more stars because of how easily wilted these flowers got. My partners got cheap flowers from a grocery store for me about two days prior to me picking up these flowers. Those cheap flowers are still standing pretty while my expensive ones (more than 3x of what he paid for) I got from this shop has already wilted away and dried up. It has barely been a whole week since I got the flowers too. For the price I paid, I wished it had lasted longer than a few days.Short:Pros - Nice variety of flowers and variety of arrangements. Pretty decent prices too.Cons - Bad location. Rude service. Flowers wilted in less than a week. If I'm being honest, the flowers lasted barely 2-3 days.

Birthday flowers didn’t last a day. This was less than 24 hrs after a $75 arrangement was delivered. I used this shop before and it has been great but they missed the mark this time. I sent a private message on Tuesday the 14th with no reply from the shop because I like to handle things like this privately. No reply or response. I’m disappointed.

Susan and A Pocket Full of Posies did such a beautiful job of bringing my vision to reality for my wedding! She listened to what I wanted, stayed exactly within my budget, and the result was perfect. The flowers were one of the best parts of our wedding -- and we had so many compliments on them. I smile every time I see pictures of them! Thank you, Susan, for your huge contribution to our beautiful day.

I grabbed a bouquet of flowers that appeared to be fine, but when I brought them home the largest flowers just fell apart—petals everywhere—and there were multiple rotten stems I just threw away.I requested a partial refund but it was denied. They offered replacement flowers, however, which is why I didn’t give them 1 star.Better to just wait for the fresh flowers at the farmers market.

This fabulous little shop created the perfect arrangement of a dozen white roses for my friend who just found out she's pregnant with twins. It was amazing! I've also been in the shop before to purchase indoor plants for my home, and have a fern and fiddleleaf fig that are doing great since I purchased them several months ago. The businesswomen who run this shop are skilled, friendly, and have two dogs who can help you select just what you need. 11/10! :)

THANK YOU so much for brightening up my grandmas day with your gorgeous flower arrangements! She absolutely loved them! Your flower arrangements are so unique and for such a great price. The both times I called in for an order, the flower arrangements have turned out to be more stunning than I expected, especially since my requests were extremely last minute. I’m very appreciative for A Pocket Full of Posies completing my delivery orders the same day. Thank you so much for being so kind and for all your help, however, I will try to order ahead of time in the future. Your generosity means so much to my family and I because we live in Los Angeles and are so far away from my grandma during the good and the bad times. 10/10 for service and flower arrangement aesthetic.
