The perfect spot for our day! Victoria, the venue manager, went above and beyond for us! The venue is affordable and beautiful. Plus an added bonus that we were able to include our dogs in the ceremony!

413 on Wacouta Event Center is a banquet hall and charming venue in St. Paul, Minnesota. It is found inside the Gilbert Building in the Lowertown Historic District.
